O Canada!
Casino luck has instadebit and also now has CAD currency. Comeon has instadebit for deposits only and CAD as well. JetBull I believe is another one but only in USD, I dont have an accout with them so not 100% sure.

Checked out Jetbull... they have a wide range of games. NetEnt , microgaming etc. Has anyone played here?

I wonder why 32Red and other Microgaming casinos don't add other software providers as NetEnt etc.

I've always just bought prepaid MCs, but I guess using my bank card would save me the $5 fee
I usta use prepaid cards as well and still sometimes. Instadebit charges $1.00 for each deposits and $2.00 for making a withdraw from your Instadebit account. Only thing I dont like about Instadebit is after recieving a payment from a casino to your account and then withdraw from your instadebit to your bank account takes up to 3-5 buisness days

ya, but if it's a good sized win thats not bad; Skrill takes that long and you gotta pay fees.
