If it's the Rival powered Paradise 8, I've played and cashed out there a couple of times with no problem.

Strange that they are associated with Cocoa which is lousy in my book. Paradise 8 is top-notch with a reasonable payout period. They also pay plenty of attention to their players and occasionally drop you an e-mail to see how you are doing. I am satisfied with their service.

Paradise8 is great, they are awesome to regular players, lots of bonuses and you can always get an answer if you have an issue from C/S or Jason in the casino contacts.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys :) Glad to know we're doing something right. I'll pass it on the the P8 staff too. I don't think players or affiliates realize how nice it is for casino management and marketing staff of a casino to hear words of praise.

Re: payouts, like many of the Rival casinos P8 uses pantasia's payment processing so there really shouldn't be any difference in payout times between ours and most of the others. If there is ever an issue though, the support staff at P8 are usually very good about taking care of players on an individual basis.

Thanks again all of you, and if you don't already know we've added a new member to our Affiliate Management team: Jaxon, so any affiliates that need to contact us at Jet Set Marketing regarding either Paradise 8 or Cocoa Casino can email him at jaxon@thejetsetlife.com.

Cheers everyone!

Well, based on this thread, thought I would give them a try. Can't comment as yet as my account was locked immediately:eek2: I am fairly certain I haven't an old account with them and don't think I ever registered with Cocoa. Oh well will just have to wait for the promised email from the security department:mad:

It shouldn't make any difference even if you did have an account at Cocoa - no Rival groups have the ridiculous "only one account across our group of casinos" rule as far as I'm aware...

Please let us know the outcome as to why your account was locked...

Thanks.

Rival definitely has a flagging system across the whole group of casino's, I know this to be fact, I can only play at 3 of them, if I open a new account at a different Rival I get locked immediately across the board, I then have to get the casino's that I play at to unlock my account.

DemonUK,

Can you give me your Paradise 8 login?

I'll get to the bottom of why your account was locked.

Me_and_ed is right in that Rival does have a flagging system and sometimes it's hard to know exactly why an account is locked but it definitely would not be because you have single accounts at other Rival casinos. There is no limit to how many other Rival casinos you can play at as long as you only have one account at each.

Most often players have multiple accounts at any one of the Rival casinos and don't even realize or remember it. This is the #1 reason for accounts getting locked.

I'm not sure if this is the case with yours though so I'll look into it once you send me your login. You can email me at jaxon@thejetsetlife.com

I think you'll find that Julia is one of the best VIP Hosts out there. She has been looking out for me now for about a year and anytime I've ever had a question or an issue she was real quick to respond and try to help anyway that she could. Kudos to Julia at Paradise8 !

Cindy,

I was in such a rush to join the forums that I wasn't thinking of a catchy name :). It is a good idea though, so maybe I'll try to change it. Thanks for the idea.
