Any Inetbet winners out there?

I decided to give inetbet a try tonight. Put my deposit in with my visa and got a message it was pre-authorized and to contact support. It said a confirmation email was sent to me from the casino. That was 2.5 hours ago. I never recieved anything from them. The only contact I can find to get ahold of them is email. There is no phone number or live chat. No money has been added to my account, yet my visa says it has a hold on it for the money. I wanted to play tonight not next week. Is this common for inetbet? No way to contact them except email. Hours to get your deposit credited? If I would have known this I would have played somewhere else. I'm frustrated and don't know what I should do. Just sit it out and wait? Any suggestions?

I have never had that happen with my VISA but many times with my Mastercard at Inetbet. It is frustrating because you cannot contact them by live chat or phone. If you want to play try Club World casinos or any on the accrediated list- all take VISA- you could also call the 800 number on your VISa card to see what is going on. Good luck.
 
Have you emailed them? If you don't get a response or credited in a couple of hours, send another with SECOND INQUIRY or suchlike in the subject line.

Email is the only way to contact them unfortunately.

Sometimes it has issues. You can try sending from a different email address, they sometimes claim not to have received emails.

It is probably Inetbet's biggest weakness, and since it is the only way to reach them, it's a major one.

Rep here Emily is pretty responsive, but it is the weekend.
 
deposit update

1:15am finally got an email from inetbet. Deposit was declined. That took 6 hours for a reply. Thats a little long for me so will be depositing somewhere else until they can update their contact sources. Too bad I wanted to try them out. Thanks for your info on the subject. :smilewink:

This has always been their problem. They have lost some members because of it too.
