- just signed up with them as per the 9.2 rating.

First impressions not that good.

I deposited $25 on the 7th using entropay (want to get that first bouns with the 100 spins on Pearll lagoon)-- Open bank, click on the bonus thing, select Visa- All the relevent fields you must fill in are in another language.. WTF--
So I try chat-- guess what, chat not available.
I say F it- go back and complete my deposit trying to figure out where to put name on card/ and number etc..
Got it all done, comes back with complete deposit thing with a green check mark-
All is well I thought- go to banking - no funds - check history on banking page-- nothing there WTF!-
Check entropay- funds came out.

Try chat again- not available--
send email,
get email next day:

broken english kinda- but anyway, I email over screen shot of the funds clearly coming out - they respond back saying they are going to investigate.

So anyway - 3 days for a measlily $25 deposit to clear? and nothing about the non-english banking page-( if i attempt to deposit now- its still in a diff language).

usually my first deposit with an accredited place is much higher, but since this whole net entertainment for canadians BS, I am inches from just saying goodbye altogether--- glad

Mistakes were made by depositing here it looks?

Hi Steve. Yes I play there too. I did not have any problems with the language issue but did not have the free spins credited to my account. Like you, I tried to contact live chat but the only option was email. I also had problems with a withdrawal and with verification. I tried to deposit last night and it kept failing so to double check I went to my Ecopayz account to ensure the funds were not taken. Had to do this 3 times.

They are a pretty good casino and have a fantastic rep. You should perhaps send him a PM as he is very quick to reply and does take these types of issues seriously. They are relatively new to the game so they will have some growing pains for sure.

Sent PM several hours ago. - we'll see what happens- kinda dissapointed I haven't heard a thing yet- and chat not available- they won'r respond to email- all I hear is crickets. never had to PAB before - but after a $25 deposit - is it worth it?
maybe its ust a $25 warning to others to be carefeul? I don't know- arghh
