First impressions not that good.
I deposited $25 on the 7th using entropay (want to get that first bouns with the 100 spins on Pearll lagoon)-- Open bank, click on the bonus thing, select Visa- All the relevent fields you must fill in are in another language.. WTF--
So I try chat-- guess what, chat not available.
I say F it- go back and complete my deposit trying to figure out where to put name on card/ and number etc..
Got it all done, comes back with complete deposit thing with a green check mark-
All is well I thought- go to banking - no funds - check history on banking page-- nothing there WTF!-
Check entropay- funds came out.
Try chat again- not available--
send email,
get email next day:

I gonna take this further about why you didn't get your money.. Can you please send me a bank statement that shows the money is gone?

broken english kinda- but anyway, I email over screen shot of the funds clearly coming out - they respond back saying they are going to investigate.
So anyway - 3 days for a measlily $25 deposit to clear? and nothing about the non-english banking page-( if i attempt to deposit now- its still in a diff language).
usually my first deposit with an accredited place is much higher, but since this whole net entertainment for canadians BS, I am inches from just saying goodbye altogether--- glad
Mistakes were made by depositing here it looks?
