Resolved Any Aussie Players Having Issues Accessing Betat?

Hey all,

Just want to get this straight from the outset:

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT AT THIS STAGE, AND ALL REPORTS ARE BETAT SHOULD STILL BE AVAILABLE AS USUAL FOR ALL OTHER PLAYERS.



I've been in contact with Betat about the following, and they are looking into it for me as we speak, so no dramas there.

However, I was lucky enough to score a cash loyalty bonus (thanks again Betat ), but when I tried accessing the site, the page won't load .

I have never had this issue with Betat (ever!), so find it really strange. I've checked my whole system, relevant updates, security settings, cleared history/cache etc, and attempted access with two separate browsers, yet the problem remains.

Whilst Betat are in the process of investigating, I was just curious if any other Australian players are experiencing the same issue? That way we can narrow it down to either a regional problem, or my own personal problem with my system.

Just for the record, Betat have advised there are no issues with them being able to access the site, so it seems it is an isolated incident. My question is how isolated basically, as I'm doing my head in trying to figure out what could have possibly changed on my system since last use to cause this, and at this stage I'm stumped. If the issue is further reaching, then at least I can rule out it being my own individual PC and stop mucking about investigating possible causes.

Even if you're not from Aus and have any suggestions, please do tell.

Their webpage loaded fine for me and I'm playing Creature from the Black Lagoon as we speak.

It did not work for me I had 50 free spins so I called my freind and for him it worked fine so he played them for me instead.

Also I live in Swe.

The same thing happened to me around an hour ago.

I got an email saying I had money in my account but I could not access the site.

I even tried

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

and it said the site was up, but I could not access it myself.

I kept trying and eventually it loaded but once I entered my email and password it would fail to log in and got a server not found error.

After 10 minute or so it eventually logged in and was able to play without any further issues.

Isolated to a few players (meaning not across the board). It appears it's a connectivity issue isolated to 'some' players from 'some regions'. Normally, this will correct itself in due course, so hang tight. If by Monday there's issues do be sure to pm me here, but it should sort itself.

Not at all. As mentioned, tech is aware of the issue, and while it appears to affect some players only, it tends to resolve itself. The team is looking into it further though.

Just wanted to update.

After my last post the issue continued right after again up till present time. So after 4 days, countless pm's and 20 emails with the reps and tech team, I'm really sorry to say, but my patience has worn thin, and I'll be taking a break from Betat.

I'm really disappointed at this, but the issue keeps happening, and I'm no longer confident that if I do get a chance to deposit in a working site, I'll be able to resume my session again should I take a break only to return to the same issue which has now affected the mobile site also.

It's clearly a server issue and I don't blame the reps in anyway, as they have tried their best to help. Yet it's got to the point where I feel bad to have to keep on bothering them over the same reoccurring problem.

Despite my frustrations I tried to remain patient and accommodate all the requests asked of me, but the constant back and forth has now done my head in.

Thanks to the Betat team for their attempts to help, but it's with great sadness I have to pass on one of my favourites until this shit is officially sorted for the long term, not just until the next time I want to log in.

Iv got to admit they have been preety bad for my game play there, I think I had 1 session that was ok, Saying that I was geting hacked of at another site yestoday with the 212 errors,

Alot of sites will try a fob you off stating thats its your side, cookies ect the normal head rubbish, But at least betat try and resolve issues, I give that at least, There is 1 bingo site I used to play I gave up a few weeks ago after 100's of deposits, You rarly got amy errors but they only have MG, Its 1 the reasons I played there but gave up as no bonus ect for casino side of things,

Its an ongoing issue and alow I think sites are to partly blame I also think that MG are so big you would of thought there would be alot less errors

I want to make it clear that we established it wasn't my system, and betat were in no way implying that it was. They admitted it was an error on their side due to a DNS change over.

Like I said, Betat's service can't be knocked, but we also couldn't work out a solution which has left me very frustrated after 4 days of trying.
