Anti Flood Controls

Any chance of removing them in the minions forum, its a private forum so shouldn't be subject to spam. I create the posts in notepad then copy and paste them, but always get told I cannot do this for 10 seconds, 7 seconds etc, which is slightly annoying

I'm not sure if this can be done for individual forums, but I will check.
