    I got an email from Leo Vegas yesterday for an exclusive 200% bonus and if i deposited a tenner i would get 20 free Starburst spins for the next 5 days. Deposited and it didn't appear.

    Went to CS and they said it was sent in error, that i had to screen shot it and send to customer services. I was also told that they would not be honoring the free spins.

    Screen shot sent, still no bonus 12 hours later. RANT OVER!!

    I mentioned recently that support were not helpful here anymore as I was having disconnection problems with there site and just got fobbed off. I was the only one apparently until I asked some friends and they had the same trouble. I'm not playing here anymore as theres no positive reasons to, shame as I used to rate them very high.

    You have to screenshot for what reason? To do there job for them and not even get what was offered?! It's ridiculous

    Hey,

    my recent experiences with Leo are not that good, too. They used to payout within 2 - 4 hrs but last week I requested a cashout (50€ lol) on Monday and it took them more then 4 days to process it to Neteller. And that only because I asked them in livechat why it was not processed yet and why it was reversible since the day of the request, it would have surely took them longer without me asking. The imo cheeky answer was : " I don't know ?? :) :) Just busy I think!! ...".
    This conversation was unpleasant and gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Since then I did not make a deposit there iIrc.
