Just want an answer to this question I'm quite new to the forums go easy lol

Anyway Boylessports who iam self excluded from once ran a website called betmclean (until 2015) .
I signed up to betmclean not so long back. after realising it was once run by Boyles . Up until 2015 . Should betmclean still of held the SE information from Boyles or not?.

Hope I've explained that right lol

With all due respect, but you seem to be trying your luck with getting as much money back as possible by looking for potential loopholes. First 32RED, now Boyle...who is next on your loooong list? And you are trying to get there with the 'help' of public posts on forums like CM and that of its members.

And you are not new. Maybe to CM but certainly not to gambling. In fact, i am sure you are a very seasoned gambler who has been trying his tricks in the past and keeps doing it now.

FYI, every casino licensed in the UK has a designated ADR in their T&C's which you can approach for any disputes you might have with the respective casino. Take your case to them and you will receive a decision based on the current UKGC regulations.

While you do that check out the pages of GA who can help you to get you addiction under control.

And Chomp casino.

Im sorry Yaafcc, but how many others are you self excluded from?

I learnt about self exclusion the hard way and i dont do it now, im far from having a gambling problem but CS at a certain casino told me it was the only way to close my account.
I dont even close any accounts now, I just dont log in.

Please dont take this the wrong way, But I dont really think this forum is for you and maybe you should request to be put into the quit gambling section.

Most of them only pick self exclusion up when you ask for a withdraw.

Win win for the casino.

There is a lot of self exclusion topics on the forum

In recent months (years?) self-exclusion (SE) abuse -- from both players and casinos -- is the single largest problem on the player side of the industry. Anyone knowingly using SE as a means to get money back from a casino should be kicked to the curb because they are committing fraud.

FYI, every casino licensed in the UK has a designated ADR in their T&C's which you can approach for any disputes you might have with the respective casino. Take your case to them and you will receive a decision based on the current UKGC regulations.

As I understand it the current directive from the UKGC to the ADRs is that any ADR who receives an SE case _must_ hand it over to the UKGC directly and _must_ not proceed further with the case. If I'm not mistaken the UKGC will instruct the player to take the case to small claims court, end of story.

Needless to say this situation is full of opportunities for abuse on both sides, hence the magnitude of the SE-related problems we are seeing.

There was nothing wrong with Harry's reply. You asked for an opinion and he gave his. Fair go. The fact that you don't like his reply has a lot more to do with your SE habits than it has to do with Harry's politesse.

So basically your going through as many casinos as you can - in the hope you have run an SE at another site owned by the casino, then deposit then if loose you go for the refund.

Really bad attitude and way to do things in my view! You clearly have a serious problem ... get some help! One thing though I know as fact that any councilor at GA would never recommend this kind of action
not because of "love" for the casinos but because it is a known fact taking such an attitude only holds up the ability to combat a serious gambling addiction. Think your whole attitude and approach on this
is crap!

Dont buy it at all - you know exactly what your doing ... maybe altering slightly sign up info - hoping to sign up under the radar and then going for the "I was SE why take my deposits"

The way to quit gambling is to stop signing up for casinos ... get support - install blocking software installed on your systems. Your looking at this all wrong. If you had won would you have
gone back to the casino to ask them to take your winnings back as you had been self excluded and therefore should not be entitled to any winnings ?

I really doubt it and I have asked the same question above numerous times in such threads and never get an answer. In the end it is about self accountability. Something right now you dont seem to be facing.

And many others I was simply asking a question lol

Maybe you were, however after skimming this thread, (see enough after first 3-4 posts to be honest) but it also comes across that you're taking the CM community as a bunch of mugs.

Not Cool :(

If you had signed up to a casino after they took over than its a hit and miss, They will only keep what info they want / need, I should not think they need a list of excluded players :) Or they received but deleted the files, This self exclusion still is a touchy subject and even back in 2015 it was a real dicey situation,

I think you will be running a nether ending road, Its pointless trying to chase theses things up, Especially that long ago and after the sites was sold on,

I seen what a few have said is that this is not your first post about this subject? Unless its a recent thing or you have a long going disagreement with a site than there is no point chasing,

People are here to help but not to help by bending the system, Sites have done alot of players wrong in the past and thats why we choice not to play at such sites,

Now say next week you generally signed up to a site made a few deposts and relised you was SE from a sister site, But really didnt know, Do you think people would believe or want to help you out?

If you have a genuine complaint than thats fine, But to look back at what sites done what to try and claim a few quid back is a pointless exercise
