Another new guy question/payout/documents

Well mainly, it proves the card is yours and in your possession. If you haven't used the card at the casino then they wouldn't ask for it, just cover some of the numbers before you send it :)

I don't understand the logic. Why does it matter if I have the card or not? I'm still withdrawing to the card. If I don't have it, why would withdrawing to it matter? I do have the card of course, I just feel like the casino is being difficult for no reason. Before I even began playing I sent all my docs so I can withdraw when/if I get the chance, and I was supposed to be good and now they throw this at me.

The casino in question is Novibet. They have a rep here, but mind you that since posting the competition they've not returned nor have they responded to my PM that is now over 1 month old (different issue).

I don't understand the problem, all Malta etc casinos want proof of payment method don't they? Only ones that don't are UK based bookies.

Totally agree about Novibet, they haven't replied at all, not a great advert for the company.

Typically a proof of payment that has been requested from me is a screenshot from online banking where the charge made is shown. Posting a screen of that feels much safer than a photo of your credit card, and both effectively accomplish the same thing.

I still don't understand how a photo of your cc is supposed to prove anything relevant. I'll send it if I have to but I'm upset that a casino is going thru hoops for a withdrawal I made that wasn't even derived from my deposit but rather a winning prize in the competition.

Have you used the card there or just Trustly?

They don't have trustly. Imagine, a newer casino not offering online banking payment.

But my point was that a screenie from online banking, where a charge made by cc will appear, has been sufficient at other casinos.

Whatever. I'll send it but I don't agree with it. On top of this the lack of support and literally no games will ensure that I'll never play there again.
