This is for ALL members except newbie members and mods (don't worry, I'll have something for you next week).
Rate the threads and win an Amazon.com coupon worth $35
All you have to do is rate as many threads as you can - giving a rating from 1-5 stars - and the member with the highest points midnight (Central European Time) 23 December 2011 wins an Amazon.com coupon worth $35 (or an equivalent at .co.uk, .it, .de, etc.).
All you have to do is this: read a thread and make a decision on whether or not it is a good thread, or a bad one. This is strictly relative to your own personal philosophy - some of you may think a thread sucks (giving it one star), some of you may think it's so excellent it's worthy of a Nobel prize for literature (then give it five). It's up to you.
The rating link is located at the top of the thread:
You can follow you stats in the "Experience" stats section here:
Link Outdated / Removed
Scroll down near the bottom - next to the tagging stats and you'll see the top ten members "Points for using rating". The stats are updated every ten minutes, but in order for your stats to be included, you need to make at least one post during those ten minutes.
Once you've given it a rating - the stars will appear in the forum thread display page.
You get one point for each time you give a rating. The member with the most points at the deadline wins.
