I have received two emails from Ben and Jorn of the VIP department of Fortune Lounge. Each email made me feel as though I am considered part of the FL "family". Which is what every player really wants, atleast that is how it is for me. They made me feel appreciated and this really touched my heart. Two VIP player coordinators took time from their busy day, to reach out to me. In my opinion, this is what makes an online casino group "great". Its kind of like when your land based casino host makes certain he/she is available to greet you when you check into the hotel. The first time I took my children to Atlantic City was about 9 years ago. I had called my host, told him that I was bringing the children, and that this would not be one of usual gambling trips, since I had to entertain my kids. Upon checking into the suite, I was shocked to see all the "goodies" sent up for the children. There was four room service tables loaded with cookies, chips, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, juices, soft drinks, etc. I was also gifted with "butler service", so the children could and did get anything they wanted. This "personal" touch has caused me to never go to another casino....Showboat, is my home away from home. Therfore, I wanted to post here and thank the FL group for the "personal attention" that they gave me, and for the very generous bonus that they added to my account. This is what makes a player feel special, and no one could ever ask for more. Thank you very much Fortune Lounge, you made my spirits soar.
