Another change in FL WR?

The WR for new player bonuses at FL look like they've gone to 15X(D+B), with some more excluded games and restrictions.

I emailed customer support to make sure that this applied only to new player bonuses, but the CSR said it applied to all bonuses.

Would the FL representative care to confirm or deny?

Hiya everyone,

Had a bit of a squabble with the FL group today. I usually never even bother to notice how much they give me as a member of the Player's Club, but today I opened the email and saw that they gave me ONE DOLLAR. I wagered over $3000 this week at Platinum Play alone, and apparently my loyalty is worth a buck. I was so insulted that I actually would have felt better if I got an email saying that I did not play enough this week to keep my VIP status and to send them $500...lmao!!!!! On a serious note, I think they are heading into the "greedy sewer" along with so many before them. So, I told them to shut down all my accounts. I find them to be a pain in ass when it comes to cashing out (I actually did cash out once) even though I usually just leave my winnings in my accounts and play with it. I do not like that they keep changing their WR's and not bothering to tell their players. FL was always a ok group, however, they have gotten too big for their britches, and have adopted the usual nonchalant attitude as most large groups do with regard to their customers. There are so many casinos on the block, that FL is simply not worth the trouble that their attitude makes me feel. Oh well, another nice group that has lost its focus and that is "Players deserve top notch treatment"....whats so sad is that most casinos start out knowing the cardinal rule, but somewhere down the line they simply toss it aside.

I can confirm that these changes only apply to the signup offer for new players. If you are an existing player - then these changes to not apply to you at all.

FL group

Hi everyone,

I have received two emails from Ben and Jorn of the VIP department of Fortune Lounge. Each email made me feel as though I am considered part of the FL "family". Which is what every player really wants, atleast that is how it is for me. They made me feel appreciated and this really touched my heart. Two VIP player coordinators took time from their busy day, to reach out to me. In my opinion, this is what makes an online casino group "great". Its kind of like when your land based casino host makes certain he/she is available to greet you when you check into the hotel. The first time I took my children to Atlantic City was about 9 years ago. I had called my host, told him that I was bringing the children, and that this would not be one of usual gambling trips, since I had to entertain my kids. Upon checking into the suite, I was shocked to see all the "goodies" sent up for the children. There was four room service tables loaded with cookies, chips, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, juices, soft drinks, etc. I was also gifted with "butler service", so the children could and did get anything they wanted. This "personal" touch has caused me to never go to another casino....Showboat, is my home away from home. Therfore, I wanted to post here and thank the FL group for the "personal attention" that they gave me, and for the very generous bonus that they added to my account. This is what makes a player feel special, and no one could ever ask for more. Thank you very much Fortune Lounge, you made my spirits soar.
