Birthday Another Big Happy Birthday Jasmine!

Thank you for all the warm wishes. I was less than ship shape on my birthday, but today is better and I am taking a break from making my dinner (seared pork tenderloin with blue cheese butter, frozen spinach and cippolini agridolce).

For the first time in more than a decade someone brought me a birthday cake. I had cake and Irish Coffee for breakfast.

Glad you're feeling better today, and that dinnner sounds like something to power you up even more

Irish Coffee has got to be my all time favorite alcoholic beverage too, so i'll take this as an inspiration to raise the glass once more today
