another bad experience with indio casino

Hi,

Indio casino doesn't pay me 2,300 USD in winnings for 7 months now.
Look at the email they sent me, they are putting the blame on playtech for some so-called black list.
Of course playtech is non responsive and the complain I filed with them is ignored for 6 months now. Emails didn't help much.

you see? They are saying playtech decided I won't get the money. Is it possible playtech wants to make more money inventing black lists so their income, which is calculated as a percentage, would grow higher?

I PAB some 4 months ago, no replay from the casinomeister, email didnt help as well.

Any ideas how can I get my money?
 
What a crock! They are obviously still only paying those who come and bitch publically. Do a search for their sister Casino African Palace and you will see what I mean.

This joint obviously does never want to clean up.

Not even that is true. I have bitched publicly and have been promised to be paid several times but it just never happens. Been years. No one disputes I am owed money. I just never get it.

hagaygay22, I have been discussing your case with management and it seems that there was a problem with your account. It seems that you were involved in bonus related issues with other Playtech casinos and this resulted in a suspension of your account.

This is how is went down, you created an account at African Palace and everything was in order. A few months later, your account was frozen because of the above mentioned issues. You then proceeded to request a withdrawal at African Palace and of course you could not be paid out as your account was frozen.

I will get more information on which casino/s blocked your account and try to help you resolve this. I do have your details and will communicate with you via email.

No matter what issues they were having with other casinos it doesn't give you the right to confiscate their funds.

If you wish to lock it, pay up and then do it.

I know what it feels like. I've been trying to get an explanation about my stolen winnings for 2-3 months now. I've also tried to contact playtech but they only replied when i told them what i really thought of them. (which i won't post on this forum). I also PAB but sadly heard nothing from casinomeister.

Paskaran is supposed to be the Affiliate Manager but he hasnt come up with any answer.

The casino avoids payment and all he can say is that I was involved in bonus related issues.

come on! is this the Casino Representative rule in this forum? to repeat massages from the casino?

I think Paskaran should be black listed.

I got the same email after 7 months of waiting for a 4 figure withdraw, not to mention the days of wasted time contacting them by phone and emails and chat. They then said since they are stealing my money, the would return my deposit by the end of the week. That was 3 months ago and I never got a dime. I wish words existed to describe how low and slimey they are. :mad:
