Announcement Announcing the Casinomeister 2012 Awards

Sure do wish I had access to a site like 32Red though. I just read some pretty shocking posts regarding their generosity and attention to clients needs. Good goin' guys. Come to the US!!!

I wanted to wish all my peers across the pond a healthy, happy and productive 2013.
As options are limited over here (and even more so in the State where I reside,NYC) I thought I'd comment on your awards for Best US facing Casino and Group. I played on 3Dice but had to close that account last year. I found their support team (Thanks Anna!) to be helpful, friendly and always responsive. I just had no luck whatsoever and wasn't even getting extended play for my buck so...3Dice had to go,for me. That doesn't mean they aren't the best. It's just one players brief experience.
As far as best group I must agree again. I play regularly on 5 of the ClubWorld groups sites and my emails are always answered in a reasonable amount of time, the support team,in general, friendly and helpful and lastly and ,of course, most importantly, my cash out requests are approved within a day or two and my money arrives in a reasonable amount of time, usually 72 hrs after approval or so. As an example,I requested a 500.00 withdrawal last Thursday, it was approved Friday and when I arose this morning,Wednesday, the funds were in my bank account. 4 business days from request to receipt, here in the US is something I'll accept, every time,as good service.
Alas, our options are indeed limited here in the USA and the RTG software could certainly use some tweaking and some changes to make it more entertaining BUT, of a the CM accredited casinos, Club World gets MY vote as well. Thanks guys, take care, VeryBad.

Although I am quite new at CM, I could see from the very beginning that your job was not an easy one to do.

This year should have been no different (your words), but I guess it was a tough one with some important happenings in the industry and a few threads requesting a special attention because of their relation with the core of that same industry.
I believe it wasn't an easy task for you and your staff.

Here are my congratulations for the excellent job you've done with the most recent list of CM Awards.:notworthy

Side note: In regards to the Fan mail award, what mostly caught me by surprise was his final "Kind regards" ... maybe he was not so rude after all:rolleyes:
If you don't mind me suggesting, you could post some of these once in a while in the forum, during the year, so that we all could have some fun too (don't keep all this to yourself only all the year:))

Finally they are up!

Best Worst 2012

Best Casinos - Worst Casinos
Best Casino Groups - the Worst
Best New Casino - Best Customer Service
Best Affiliate Program
Best Player Experience - Worst Experience
Biggest Bumbling Screw up
Evil Player Award!
All this and More!

totally agree with Rank being awarded Best Casino Group.Couple of days ago i got an email from Grosvenor apologising that their site had been down the previous day and crediting my account with £50 with only a 1x playthrough for any inconvenience caused. And this was even though i had not been on their site during the time it was down.Big kudos:thumbsup:

You are so right about NetEnt, been playing at Playtech casinos for years, switched to NetEnt just because of the new games. They made my 2012 a lot more enjoyable.
Congrats to all Winners!

The CM member who posts an opinion in 1000 words or more which, at times, could be succinctly written in 50 or less but nevertheless still make you need to pee once and fill your coffee twice before finishing: VMW (natch!)

CM All-around nicest guy award: rainmaker (if you peed in his cornflakes, he'd apologize he put in too much milk and didn't leave you enough room)

Love it:D

Well Done to all you guys!!!.. It takes a lot to maintain standards and keep everyone happy in an environment where the only thing that you can bet on with any certainty , is uncertainty.

Congrats CWC, RedBet and Andy....

A special mention for my favourite non-CM member Boby.... I will be using that email when I am dealing with my I.S.P/cellphone provider/utility company/mother-in-law/boss..

Really enjoyed reading that :) Have to say (I know it's daft) but the part about 32red sending the player a TV just out of kindness brought a tear to my eye. It's stories like that which gives me hope for the world, & snaps me out of apathy.

Still trying to read through some of the forum threads linked in the awards. Kind of dozed off during the jaguar-gate saga and couldn't get to the end. The funniest bit I read was the 'If you're not going to shit, get off the can.' Quote, laughed so much it hurt. One of the funniest lines I've heard in ages.

I'm not being a shill or anything, but I felt a bit sorry for BetFred. Been a difficult year for them, I agree with the decision, using bots in a promotion is taking the piss a bit and unfair on other players. As for the high-low gate, that is one I'm still reading and it raises some interesting questions. At least BetFred offered to recompense players affected. Not the behaviour of a rogue at all. They should remain acredited IMO, I know they've made mistakes, but it seems to me that despite these they do end up doing the right thing.

Anyway enjoyed reading the awards, hears hoping 2013 brings better fan mail for you.

I cant speak for my USA friends but for the CW group to be awarded the best group - USA friendly just seems a bit ........

This shows just how bad things have become in the US for online players. They seem to have screwed up, but they are not facing much in the way of competition from the really good groups as they have long since pulled out of the US. There are far worse places for US players to play, such as Top Game, and a bunch of new and unheard of operations and software that spring up, and then a couple just vanish with players' funds without trace.

The difference with CWC is that despite the issues, they have not actually "done a runner" from any of these problems, even though a 3 month slog + BS from CS to get a payment seems that way for an affected player.

Sorry as someone kindly pointed out to me I seem to have posted in the wrong thread. Not sure how to move the post.

Maybe next year I should be nominated for the dumbest forum member award - sorry for breaking the etiquette an all that...

I have no clue what you're talking about. To me it seems to be in the right place:rolleyes:
But the dumbest forum member award...? I will remember that for next years nominations :p

Hi All

I have been lucky enough to be in the position of posting in this forum in order to thank everyone, and Casinomeister in particular, for recognizing 32Red for the work that we do on a number of occasions over the years. While writing something that gets across how proud and pleased we are doesn't get any easier, the pleasure of being the recipient of accolades from Casinomeister and the community certainly does not fade in time or with repetition.

So thank you everyone who has taken the time to share your experience of 32Red in the past 12 months and thank you also those who have given us the chance to make improvements to our service by highlighting areas for improvement. We know we have lots of fans here and we feel extremely privileged to have people who know so much about this industry outwardly support what we are trying to do, so often. Thanks to Bryan for having the guts to resist the temptation to pass 32Red over for the sake of change or variety. We fully intend to continue to deliver top drawer service and support and make it impossible for him to overlook us next year again!

Finally thanks to the team at 32Red. I can assure members here that this achievement carries a great deal of weight and kudos in our eyes and everyone is thrilled to bits!

Best wishes

Ed.

Hi Mr Ware!
Congrats on your repeated, and well deserved win:)
It seems 10 years ago but it was only 2, since i've been frequenting 32Red as number 1 casino, and i must say i am a happy customer there! i had in my history of play maybe one or two minor technical issues, but the experience has been top of the bill, outstanding really.

I hope you will lead the company many more years, or when you don't, pass the hat to pat, i think 32Plc, would be in good hands then:)
I hope, and it does look that way, that your competition will observe, learn and follow these footsteps in the world of online entertainment, since that is the only correct path, and will lead to growth and expansion.

With the risk of that sounding slightly cheesy, i really admire the establishment you have set up, and am proud to say i am promoting you as an affiliate, since i recently decided to also make an attempt to make the interesting world of online entertainment my life's main ingredient, i think there's only a few Casinos out there that deserve to be "pushed" even if they are already the more successful ones...

To many more years of high quality entertainment! Cheers!

When i woke up this morning and re-read my post, it seems unwise to try and express your feelings when intoxicated...
I always try to word my opinion or feelings with a little eloquence, in retrospect i find that it doesn't show in the above post ^^
I hope my fellow members will forgive me!
Thanks Ed for appreciating it anyway:)

(proof i was drunk: i would never de-capita(te)lize Pat H!) <--feel free to improve my English and show me the word to describe the missing of a Capital letter
