Hi I have gotten a couple of e-mails from Anna Casino and was wondering if they are any good? Are they affiliated with any other casinos and do they pay out fast? Any fellow casinomeister's input would greatly be appreciated before I make a deposit. Thanks in advance.

A few others:

- Deposit fee - 2.5% unless deposit is in excess of 100EURO (don't know about withdrawals as i could not see that)
- LiveSupport - only weekdays 10.00am - 05.00pm, closed on weekends ... basically they offer no support when online casinos are busiest..... go figure that strategy!!

Service is poor because it is available only during office hours and no weekends.

I took a look at the bonus wagering requirements and it's now 40x b and in the fine print it only states that the following countries are allowed so it's very restrictive:

I found this very misleading since they sent me the welcome bonus since I have been registered there a while but haven't made any deposits but they do know I am in Ireland. So I think I will give them a skip.

That is at least how i understand it. They have a 5$ NDB or 10FS on Starburst ND on offer - i think those are limited to the countries above. The normal SUB should be available to everybody.

Thanks Harry. They don't make that clear in the t&c's which are kinda vague. Anyway 40x bonus is a bit rich for me. It's hard enough to clear 30x.

Okay so yesterday I thought I would give Anna a shot. I deposited and played and won enough for a cashout under €300 and it was paid into my Neteller account shortly after 9am this morning so I can attest to their fast payouts especially since this was my first withdrawal. So all in all a good experience.

P.S. Their wagering on the welcome bonus is x50 deposit which is steep.

i did sign up there few months ago and was suppose to get a email to verify my account
but didnt get any so tried again still no email so couldnt play, so i tried to email support (twice) in 24 hours
no reply so i gave up wont be playing there.

I guess I am late to this party, but I did a PAB against them, which didn't end in my favor. I won €500 on a €50 deposit + €50 bonus and went through their wagering requirements as told, but they felt that their sites popup that offered €5 free which I accepted, was a horrific attempt at cheating this casino. The site offered €10 on registration, which I did. Then upon depositing, there was an offer of €5 free. I accepted without thinking about it that much, and then after hours of grinding and withdrawing I was told I am a cheater. I guess the rules are rules, but I could have understood even a percentage minus or anything of the kind. But no, I am a vicious cheater, apparently.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this casino, naturally.
