Angelciti (RTG) steal thousands of dollars of players' winnings.

Lovely - Shark and Red Devil. I couldn't have chosen more apt names.

The number of Angelciti clones can't be too far behind the number of Virtual clones at this point. About 15 or so to date, I think. Their reasons for the endless cloning are obviously the same.

Bryan and / or Jetset - ask Larry if he thinks it was really worth it, at the end of the day. I mean, was it really the better option to steal a relatively paltry sum and allow ill-will to carry on indefinately and publically (you can extend him that guarentee on my behalf) rather than do what (horror) an honest casino would have done, ie. take their lumps and pay up, buying some goodwill in the process and then moving onwards and upwards, alla CON and SA? Was this really the best way to go, all things considered? Is theft just too damn irresitible?

I'd be interested to know what he thinks.

Caruso et al, Bryan and I had a long conversation this evening with the new affiliate manager at AC - Ricardo del Sol and the new Chief Operating Officer Wilson Lee. Both are recent arrivals who assure us they are trying to get the AC situation in hand in the face of some shareholder reluctance. They appear genuine and have open minds (to which I add the caveat that who knows these days!)

We have rather forcefully recommended to these guys that time is of the essence if they wish to retrieve the situation and that an urgent revisit to the screwed up promo issue with a fresh objective outlook is essential and soon. They seemed to take this on board.

Were still looking for the Chartwell folks...

Hi Caruso,

This situation is being revisted. There yet may be hope.

These individuals (Mr. del Sol, Mr. Lee) are making a renewed effort to resolve this situation.

Shareholder reluctance.

Adamant they owe nothing is arguable and can atleast be discussed alongside evidence for or agin.

This shareholder reluctance thing is a nothing comment that has absolutely no bearing on the situation in any way shape or form.

They owe what they owe.

It's not even my money but i am tiring of their schoolboy errors when attempting to pull the wool.Their excuses are poor and unimaginative.

My personal and honest conclusion after all these months of screwing around and hype press releases and lack of openesss - I would not trust these guys as far as I could throw them (that excludes the new guys just on board because I have not seen or heard anything that supports an opinion one way or another)

The shareholders should realize that not paying owed funds damages their company. The situations has probably been presented to the shareholders as one of scammers taking advantage of their pore widdle casino.

Trouble at Angelciti...

AngelCiti Investigating Potential Short Selling in the Company's Stock

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., June 20

AngelCiti Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AGLC - News) announced that it is investigating potential illegal short selling in the stock of the company.
"We are pleased with the ongoing progress of the company," stated AngelCiti president George Gutierrez, "and believe it is important for publicly traded companies to maintain the integrity of the trading environment in their companies' stock, as well as seeking ways to increase corporate performance. While we cannot confirm that there is a material short position in the stock at the moment, we are reviewing trading in the Company's stock and will take appropriate measures to help maximize value for our shareholders on all levels."

FinancialWire (Outdated URL (Invalid)) has reported that, "some 91 public companies have been taking actions to ensure the integrity of the market in (their) publicly traded securities and to combat suspected naked short selling activity in their shares; and have issued press releases or been named in press releases as taking various actions, either alone or in concert with other companies, to oppose manipulative trading in the form of illegal naked short selling. The actions have ranged from lawsuits to withdrawals and threatened withdrawals from the electronic trading system managed by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., to withdrawals from toxic financings, to the issuance of dividends or name changes designed to squeeze manipulators, to joining associations or networks or to contacting regulatory authorities to provide documentation of abuses or otherwise complai

Oh, and everybody kvetching on public message boards are short sellers, trying to drive the stock price down....

Hey, shareholders: AngelCiti does not have unique software, and there's nothing to opening a new casino. It's just another website going to the same place. Read the SEC filings, do the math.

Add me to the list of the angel citi wounded..

They owe me about 8000 from video poker. They have locked my account and whenever i call the manager is out. They won't reply to emails.

Rob

Bryan, FYI your "Rogue" list is getting a tad out of date. This is understandable, since they've REALLY stepped up the cloning rate. It's getting hard to keep up. This (I think) is the current complete list:

Angelciti casino
Vacation casino
Welcome to our casino
Star Bright casino
Luckydog casino
Emazing casino
Roadrunner casino
Bingoland casino
Urlaubcasino
Quepasa casino
Netgaming casino
Baby grand casino
Red Devil Casino
Shark casino
King cat casino
The House Wins

I love that last one! What genius came up with a casino name like 'The House Wins'?? That's certainly going to attract the players like moths to a flame, and sounds like the results will be similar to the moth's as well. :wtf:

Messers Del Sol & Lee it seems were back on the phone to Bet2Gamble after the Montreal conference, wondering why he wasn't accepting AC affiliation and complaining about "bonuses killing the industry" when he reminded them WHY he wasn't.

It should therefore be assumed that the determination of Messers Del Sol & Lee to seek a satisfactory resolution to the affair with renewed vigour lasted as long as it took Jetset and Bryan to get out of earshot.

Now there's a surprise.

Yes, I have yours. If you know of other players, please tell them to go to the "pitch a bitch" section and give me their details. Thanks!

Hopefully you'll end up with six. Should be at least eight according to the WOL thread, but I think a couple have slipped back into the woodwork over the last five months (yikes, five months).

Well, Caruso's stuff went out today.

Don't hold your breath since as many of us are aware, this company has no money:

From their SEC quarterly report:

LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES

We are insolvent, as our current liabilities are significantly greater than our current assets.

Also as a side note, it's also mentioned:

The Company's online casino operations are conducted in accordance with the laws
of the country of Costa Rica, where there is currently no gaming license
requirement. In the event that the laws of Costa Rica change to require gaming
licenses for online casinos then the Company intends to promptly comply with
such laws.

Now go to just about every RTG powered site and you'll note that they state something like the following:

from Prism:
Prism Casino is a Corporation incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating casino gambling on the Internet.

Windows:
Legally licensed and fully insured, Windows Casino offers a high quality gaming environment...

Delanocasino:
Yes, we are fully licensed in Costa Rica and operate with complete compliance of all laws pertaining to online gambling.

Vegas Magic:
Yes, we are fully licensed in Costa Rica and operate with complete compliance of all laws pertaining to online gambling.

And it goes on, and on, and on. Do you see a pattern of deceit? Of half-truths and at times outright lies. In fact, I dare you to email the support crews of any RTG casino and ask whether or not they have a gaming lisence. My money says that they will say yes.

And why have I been warning players not to participate in these deceitful operations for the past several years? It doesn't take an Einstein to figure most of these operations are on the take. I pretty damn well fed up with this. Player greed is what keeps these guys in business. That and greedy deceitful webmasters.

Hi Bryan,

Is the following figure, what RTG receives?
Royalty $53,356 ( for a three month period )

If this is the case, how is RTG able to skirt around the R.I.C.O. law?

My point is if this is Royality to RTG, they would also being receiving this from Virtual Casino Group & other rogues.
After all it's a % of the casino profits, that get paid back to RTG in Royalities.

RTG know full well how these casino's operate.

( just woke, hence the edit's )

Rule #11 of the United States Code is a much cleaner, faster and better application rather than filing under the provisions of RICO.

Most people are not even aware of the fact that there is a list of 28 criteria that must be met before even making an application to file under the provisions of RICO.

Nevertheless, be it RICO or RULE 11 of the UNITED STATES CODE nothing will ever happen with regards the cleaning up of the industry unless and until the Players are willing to put their money where their mouth is to get rid of the MICHAEL STAW'S and those of his ilk.

Thanks for the Rogue update, Bryan.

If they had any sense they'd pay their dept, enable the inevitable return of many affiliate relationships and start making money with a clean slate.

Of course, we know they don't have any sense.

Can we stay Angelciti-specific please, folks?

There's no better way to derail, devalue and dilute a thread than to go off at a tangent with general discussions, interesting as they may be.
