Bonus Complaint And non bonus complaint videoslots.com

Dear slotmaster,

As a goodwill I have today credited your account with $40. In the future please make sure to forfeit any active bonus before you make a new deposit. You can see your active bonuses under your profile and from there they can also be forfeited.

In our terms and conditions, you can read as follows:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

“You can make as many deposits as you want during your bonus qualification.”

Best regards,

Philip

Oh ok thanks! :) But I did try and get rid of the bonus but was told I could not, It was after the fact that it did. How can one forfeit something that is not there and has already been giving back? As I said when my balance was zero and if somehow I could "forfeit" my balance would have been negative would it not?

Please as other members have said just get rid of that reward and either offer nothing or free spins or something. The suggestions I and others have suggested in regards bonuses need to be looked into.

Slotmaster I hope you are now feeling ashamed of yourself. What you posted was absolutely unnecessary. Dan and Philip work 24/7 trying to keep us happy so for you to slam them this way is terrible. You know they will always make things right. I know of no other reps that are on here on weekends and respond immediately. You DID threaten as Trillej noted and you were being abusive. Personally I was very shocked to read all this and was not going to comment on this but I couldn't help it. Most of us do love Videoslots and comments like these will not keep us away. Yes, the CS agents do give a lot of wrong info -- I will admit. But most of us know where that forfeit button is. Sorry, but I really do think you made an embarrassment of yourself. End of story. Sorry fellow Canuck. Rant over.

No why would I? You and anyone else would have posted the same or worse if you had money taken from you or had a wrongdoing. I was not being abusive or threatening at all and I am going to start reporting people who keep posting false things about me so please everyone stop. I was not even expecting a response till Monday myself as I knew it was the weekend and they should have the day off. I did not say 1 bad thing about Philip or Dan, Again I was not looking to take money off them and again I will say I was just informing them what the situation is or could have been legally if it was someone not as understanding as me.

I was open and honest and was not looking for much in a way of a resolution and I wanted to give the money to the casinomeister members.:)

I am feeling proud for being helpful to all of you and videoslots. A lil gratefulness and thanks from people would be nice, But I already know I am great! ;) I ensured I followed what was known about the bonus and ensured all parties I wanted to follow forum rules which I did.

I have done absolutely nothing wrong and I know I am right which was backed up by other member's and the situation was already being taken care of before your post and has been taking care of now on my end.

Please close this thread as Philip has posted and far as I am concerned it's all good, It's just up to other's if changes that need to be made get changed.

Before it does get closed, Slotmaster - can you please clarify

according to your terms the bonus should have been deactivated once I did not clear it from the original deposit

where the above mentioned is within their T's and C's as I could not find it

In the terms and conditions its specified that you can make as many deposits you want to complete a bonus. As Philip mentioned above.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

"If you, for example, activate your welcome bonus by depositing € 100, you will receive an instant bonus of € 100 to your bonus account. To turn the bonus money into real money you need to wager the deposited amount 20x bonus (Total wager of € 2,000). You can make as many deposits as you want during your bonus qualification. Your bonus money will be paid out in 10% increments, if you have wagered € 200 you will receive a bonus payout of € 10 to your Main Account Balance."

Thanks - that is what I thought. I certainly couldn't read anywhere that the bonus has ended once the first deposit has been lost, as is the case in most other casinos.

Why? I agree with him Bonus shouldn't roll over to next deposit regardless personally I think that 10% increment rule sucks as well As when I first joined I had to deposit a few times to clear it But everything else about them is awesome casino races Battle tournaments Cash backs Super fast payouts There pros out weight there cons by far

What was embarrasing in this thread was not that he didn't like or knew that the bonuses was carried over, but how he dealt with it.
It's not so smart always to post like you're an angry saviour who will help correcting things that are wrong. Especially not if everyone else and the casino itself doesn't agree. Some like it and some don't, like with everything.
