An open question to Tradition

I discover this thread now. Swede, i don't understand why you didn't contact me by PM ifr you're experiencing some problem with Tradition. I cannot be aware of all threads about Tradition in all forums, i think you can understand. So, thx to send me a PM with your login and i will give you answer about the situation.

Why should this be necessary to get to the bottom of a very ELEMENTARY problem, the 5 week delay in payment. This is something that should easily be handled through the usual channels of CS & referral to accounting, followed by reply being relayed back to the player. Reps are here mainly for the more complex problems, and to receive player feedback about policies. IF the casino was doing things properly in the first place, there would be little demand for reps to function as proxy CS agents.
 
Be sure that if this player has not been paid and if he never contacted to me by PM, it's because my team already explained him what is the problem with his account, so he perfectly knows how to solve the problem and it explains why he prefered to make a public post without giving elements provided to him by the casino instead of trying to solve the problem directly with me, or my team.

I don't know his account, but we pay all our winners, unless there is a fraud or chargeback.
 
Swede's PAB has been submitted so I'll be in touch with Tradition v soon to see what's what.

Swede did not prefer to make a public post. He was patient and I took the initiative to start this thread when I learned that he hadnt received his money after 5 weeks. He had nothing to do with it.

Sorry about posting while there is a PAB in progress Max but I had to clear things up.

OK, so what you are saying that since Swede hasnt been paid, then he must be a fraudster (since thats the only reason you dont pay)

I really cant believe what Im reading here.

How can I presume what Swede's reasons were or what his situation is when I dont know his account? It's simple : our casino is fair and honnest, I know how i work with my team. It's exaclty why i think it's very strange that he never been paid : it must be a very good reason.

But, perhaps i'm wrong, nobody is perfect, right? So, let's wait this PAB and the situation will be clarified :)
