Guys i have responded in another thread re the bonus . There is no trap or desire to trap people here . I think that the more cynical members might think this is the case but i can assure you it is merely being used to jumpstart the Casino on the Playtech platform

I don't quite understand, its perfectly possible to implement non-wthdrawable bonuses in playtech casinos without removing winnings from the bonus as well. In fact most Playtech bonuses are 'sticky' without the additional nonsense about removing winnings as well.

You agree in the other thread that the bonus is a nonsense but say that its up to customers to decide if they want it, why not just offer a sensible bonus which works both for you and players?

It is borderline deceptive to call it a 'bonus'. It is NOT a bonus. It is a $25 play chip with absolutely no monetary value.

I'm a little surprised any reputable casino group would attempt something of this variety.

As can be seen by the replies to this thread thus far, it creates mistrust and most players I know wouldnt even consider playing at a casino where this kind of promotion is offered.

If the group wants new players to come and try Windows Casino, then just offer a $5 chip with a $50 max cashout or just a 100% bonus - works for other casinos.

Why not apply that to the casino side? If the software doesnt allow that kind of bonus - dont offer it.
