So tonight I got an e-mail from a new Top Game casino, called Loco Jungle. So far the guy in chat has advertised 1 week payouts by check or wire. Plus no pesky max cashout rule on a deposit under $249. Plus no fees to cash out by either option. O.o
So other than them being on rogue software, and low cash out maximums for the first 30 days. I'm just curious what else people might also see wrong with this operation?
So far it seems pretty straight forward and on the up and up.

ROME!

WARNING!
This is ROME Casino in another shape.

Rome Casino really hate Loco Panda and Slots Jungle... We all now it since their "beautiful" vendetta about two years ago.

How did they receive your address? They have no affiliate program.

They couldn't even change every text on the page:

Welcome to the LocoClub. A gathering of LocoJungle’s finest competitors. Each in a class of their own.

First you must be invited to join the rank of some of LocoJungle’s greatest players. Entrance to the prestigious LocoClub is based on a players activity, deposits, participation in special events skill and loyalty to Rome.

To ensure you receive the best online gaming experience, once in the LocoJungle you will play your way through four VIP levels. Along the way, you’ll be receiving some of the highest industry deposit-bonuses, cashback-bonuses, expedited withdrawals, and the other VIP perks.

If you like Slots Tournaments or even Table Game Tournaments, prepare to battle it out against other LocoJungle VIP Club members in hopes of one day being the King of the Jungle!

I got that mail too and I suppose everyone that once have signed up to a TopGame casino will get it.
Offering a $25 no deposit. We all know that a lot of people will sign up right away.

They are really generous with their payouts. I found this nice little rule:rolleyes:

In the first 6 months from the creation of the account, the maximum cash-out is $500/month. After 6 months, the maximum cash-out is of $500/week.

Another one:

7.We will only review ONE payout request per player, per review, this includes any possible withdrawal requests the customer may have made in other sites operated by Winward Group. Consequently, this means that we will honor only ONE payout per player, per review in our entire network of sites.

Rome - Winward - Top Game

These people are unbelievable

The worst thing is, there are even experienced players and affiliates who really thinks these casinos are separated from each others.

Well and to boot now that I"m awake.
I also read you have to make a minimum of 3 deposits before they'll even consider a cash out. Just when I thought I finally found a good Top Game casino. I love the games and the play time, but I can't deal with the fact I have to loose 2 times in a row, to finally cash out essentially.

Hello Casinomeister Community,

First of all, I would like to say hello to everyone and answer some of the questions present on this post.

My name is Robert Miller and I am the casino manager here at LocoJungle.

LocoJungle is a new casino, with different owners from the alleged groups and casinos on this post.

It is licensed with the TopGame Software.

Some of the operations were subcontracted and are managed by the Winward Group.

LocoJungle has no relation to Rome. After revising the content, one of the pages was not updated prior to launch. There was still some old content from initial brainstorming on the draft version and the final version was not updated.

The Affiliate program website is being worked on and will be live shortly. If you want more details or are interested in joining our affiliate program, feel free to contact us.

Looking forward to working with the community and establishing great partnerships.

Ello.

I would like to point out the fact that I got onto chat last night to ask about the max cashout rule.

Is it really true that you can only cashout $500 a month for the first six months? What if I should win the Dioblo13 jackpot? I would be like 90 before I got paid out. That sir is a NO CAN DO for me. Not to mention half of the other rules on your t and c page.

What is more, I was told that you are related to another online casino.

Let me get my time machine and I will let you know which one I was told.

Hello

TopGameNoCanDo 16:55:32
I have a question. You are related to Winward Group right?

George 16:56:18
Loco Jungle is a stand alone brand managed by Winward Group, but not owned by Winward Group.

I don't get it. Why would you be managed by the Winward Group if you are a stand alone casino? Or it could be the fact you know that Winward has a bad reputation and you are trying to distance yourself from them. Either way, Winward couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag, but that's just my opinion.

Well here's the answer I have been given so far, because I have been asking questions like mad.
There trying to fix the 3 deposit and the maximum cashout rule as we speak.
Also there currently contracted with WinWard for support and help with sign up. Otherwise everything else is separated.
So I dunno, I guess I'm going to try to be the guinea pig and see how things go.
I have some extra cash I want to burn over the weekend. I really want to see if the withdrawals and what not go as fast as they claim.
I realize the cashout limits are small, but hey if they keep them why not?

Why would you even risk it? Not to be all up in your biscuits and gravy but why? You see that they are giving two different stories. They are ran by Winward, no matter how they want to word it.

So if they are just support and sign in, how come they have the exact same rules?

I ain't tryin' to be an ass or nothing...just saying. I just think that cash you wanna burn would be safer at a more reputable place. I would hate for you to win big and then be in a shitload of BS when it comes time to pay you.

Their cashouts take 10-16 days they claimed to me, that's fast?!?!?!?

@locojungle-rm
I just have to ask if you will have any interests in discussing the T&C's of your casino?

You see, the rep from Winward actually promised us that their rules should be rewritten, and she would come back and tell us the outcome.
She never did, and I would be surprised if they are not still the same.

Your new casino seems to have the same rules, and we don't like them.
So will you also only work behind the scene or are you willing to take a discussion if we promise to be polite?;)

Compared to Slotocash and Club World right now, yeah that's pretty on par for paying a US player. Most casinos paying a US Player are taking 2 to 3 weeks to play a player by Wire or Check. Unless if you get in with the right eWallet. Plus I'm looking at trying a change of scenery for the horrible loosing streak at RTG I have been having lately.

I gets my money from 3dice in two days :D.

Hun, I am just sayin be careful, I would hate to see you post about not being paid.

I have a gut feeling about this place and it ain't a good one.

Don't you think it would be better to wait for a while?
If you are the gunea pig and are having contact with them, then of course they will make sure you get it all. That doesn't mean that anyone else will have that later. You will just be someone that helps to lure people in.
If you can hold on until they have changed their rules then everyone maybe will have an equal chance.

I believe it is Top Game themselves that are demanding the casinos to have those rules. That's why I'm willing to give one new casino a chance to prove that I'm wrong.

Hi Robert.

Could you just please explain to me how the Name of your casino came about?
It certainly looks like a deliberate mix of Loco Panda and Slots Jungle - or was that just a one in a million coincidence?

Just when I thought I finally found a good Top Game casino.

There is NO such animal, sorry.

So I dunno, I guess I'm going to try to be the guinea pig and see how things go.
I have some extra cash I want to burn over the weekend.

Why not donate that money to a worthy cause, rather than handing it over to a rogue outfit?

As to all casinos taking weeks to pay US players....not true. As MM stated, 3Dice is super fast. And as far as RTG goes, ClubWorld ain't the only game in town. Inetbet pays in hours, usually under 24, even for US players. For a change of software, you have Rival's Slotocash, who I understand pay quite quickly. You do have options besides handing your money over to rogues.

In the end, it's your decision....but I will never understand the reasoning behind it.

Well while were derailing, I decided to throw $40 into Slotocash RTG tonight without any match. So far I haven't reached the wire transfer cashout limit, but have had about 2 hours of play time so far. So for once the play time seems about right whether or not I reach the wire transfer amount, I still had fun.
On either note I still have questions that are left over to get answered first. Before I even considering throwing my money away, on LocoJungle, which I'm hoping Rob will answer.
I get the whole donate it ordeal, but I'm looking for a win. Not a donation type of feel good. I'm looking for that I'm not just throwing my money down the tubes and not ever getting 1 withdrawal back in return.

Why start a thread and ask for advice etc, and then pretty much ignore it all and say "oh well im gonna play anywhere".

I just don't get it. I feel violated being a part of the thread.

As for the "managed by winward" statement from Robert.......that should be enough to make you run a mile. As someone said, they couldn't manage a gangbang in a brothel.

Ok, well maybe I haven't done my due diligence, and what not ordeal. I guess probably part of it is laziness.
Part of it too is the me being gullible trying to find a new place to play, where I might feel lucky.
If someone can point me in the right direction of the treads that points to the fact that Winward is a horrific place, then of course I'll believe what is being said.
I guess I just haven't done all of my homework yet, other than asking questions of the rep and the casino reps.
