An Apology from Click2pay!!!

Hiya Guys :)

I just wanted to share my positive experience a few moments ago with Click2pay.

As you know I have had a hell of a time trying to get my account unlocked. I called today and FINALLY got a true gentleman who fessed up and actually apologized as he unlocked my account

He said that click2pay customer service has been terrible since neteller closed and they have gotten overwhelmed and asked me for a second chance. He also said that was no excuse for the way people have been treated and he hopes from here on in....click2pay will be a better place with nicer CSR's

He honestly sounded sincere and I do believe him and just wanted some positive stuff on this site to help our moral as of late. I just logged on and got to withdrawl my money :)

I have only had good experiences with C2P, I got a debit card from them, they have been okay, way the hell better than Neteller, I have not been double billed or had any lost transactions.

Im giving them another chance

I wish I could say the same but they have been really bad with me. They double billed me twice in a row and then this incident when they wrongly locked my account when I had a positive balance

Hey, we all have bad days.......I am really not here to trash them, just share a good thing that happened from what started out bad

I too have had a problem with a locked account. I emailed them last week with what was needed, but I have not hear back. I thought I would call them and see if I could get it straightened out, but there was no US number listed anymore, only an international number.

Anyone have a working US number for them?

Their US number, which you can find if you try to sign up (it will tell you you don't live in an accepted country), has been disconnected. The other end of the line will pick up, and then disconnect after three or four seconds. I made calls from two different phone lines, twice from each line.

This is at odds with their "apology" then. This would seem to indicate they no longer have a long term commitment to the US market.

I think its because you live in the land of the free.....I used to think it was only the Canadian government that use to ram things up ours asses.:what:

Had all your transactions cleared?

Babs, has it been 7 days since they resubmitted your rejected transaction(s).

They unlocked my account today so I could withdraw more funds. But still showed $125.00 as pending, so after allowing me to withdraw all but $125.00 they again locked my account and told me it would permanently UNLOCKED on jan. 25th.

What a royal hasstle. This is not in keeping with their own terms and conditions.

I am still leary of them and not sure that once my account is totally reinstated that it will be wise to use it, since they seem to do what ever they chose.

Also, good thing I wrote their phone number down because they took the US support number off the website(for good reason, given the recent DOJ probe)

Same here - if you do a search, you will find a post or two where I have stated my opinion and experience with them. Double billed - difficulty getting it paid back - then locked out because of the double billing.

Hopefully this is really a new beginning for them.

Yes, it was seven days. I just went to my account and everything is still fine and I have a $20 available balance, which is correct because I withdrew $180 instead of the whole $200 to leave me $20 to play with :)

I have the number by heart from calling so much lol

1-888-254-2729...I just called them yesterday and it worked

This may be posted elsewhere but has anyone been able to deposit with click recently (last week)..I still have an account - locked right now- I may try and play inet if people have been able to deposit. sorry im lazy i dont want to search anymore threads..too many and info scattered.:)

1. Yes, I deposited this morning with my $20 on c2p with no problems

2. I called from PA (a legal state for online gaming) and I usually call in the AM

I emailed Click2Pay over a week ago about unlocking my account. No answer and I don't think I will bother. Until this whole mess shakes out I am playing Chuzzle I guess.

Who tried to withdraw funds from c2p acct to c2p debit card last a few days?I tryed 4 times already in last week and funds always fall back to my c2p acct without any reason. C2p support explain that try next day...

I wonder how long before Click2Pay shuts down all services to US players. Right now I think you can still fund your casino account through them. I haven't had any cashins lately :rolleyes: , so I don't know if casinos still process withdrawals through them. I assume if they can debit one's account, then they can credit winnings. I really don't hold out much hope for them though since they have a notice that they no longer accept new US accounts.
