First they said they didnt recieve my faxback. Sent it in. Then they said I hadnt met playthru, though I had, but I complied. I rewithdrew and they said they hadn't recieved faxback. I sent it in again. Then I called and the support said he personally printed it out and gave it to accounts. Still no response. And never any response to emails. Finally after 5 months of patience, I emailed saying I would have to go to Montana overseas. I called in and they said the manager, Oliver Kuran, denied my withdrawal b/c I 'threatened' the casino. HA!, what a joke. This has been going on for 5 months, and despite their effort to make me lose my money , they won't pay. We'll see what happens as I just pitched my bitch.

The version I had with them was "they can not read my faxback since
it is black because it was sent by e-mail" (WTF).

I asked Montana and it was solved.

So please file the complaint as Meister says and very likely your case will
be solved.

But anyway I completely do not agree Meister not enlisting this group
as a Rogue. All in all what they are doing and what I hear they are
doing is the complete example of roguedom.

Finally

Finally someone else is having a problem with American Grand. Yeah I'm also having problems with them and actually contacted Montana Disputes and they just sided with the casino. Took 3 weeks to hear from Montana. I have PAB and am hoping the Casinomeister can help. They have owed me money for months also. :what:

I didn't know it was a "Cloud" casino and If I would of known never would of even bothered. Especially after hearing all the bad things about his casinos on this site alone

What is the problem? was it the usual one, signing up unbeknownst at one of his "sister" operations after you'd been locked at another one?

That's the standard trick.

Something like that

Yeah you almost hit the nail on the head. Something along those lines. I PAB and the Casinomeister is on it. When it is resolved I'll post the whole story.
Again sorry I didn't research it more and find out it was one of "Clouds" casinos. Would of stayed far, far away
