American Grand doesnt pay (6k)

and now its there. My account is closed and they accuse me of threatening them. They sent back 2,2k (my original deposit) to my NETELLER and confiscated the other 3,8k.

You are not so special. Mr Curran had no intention of paying the full amount from the outset and was giving you the usual delaying tactics. He is aware of the post (he is a member of the forum as a casino rep), and clearly this is what is meant by threatening them. You didn't, you asked questions, and it was other members that brought it to your attention that this was a "bad lot". Now they seem to have lived up to their name by using this as an excuse not to pay the winnings. Even if this fails, he will tell you that your play at Powerbet made you ineligible to win at American Grand, so he also has a backup excuse that is just as good.
Do a search under Doleplex, Doloplex, Crystalisle, Oliver Curran, Warren Cloud and Crystal Palace Group. Make a list of all the casinos that are mentioned & tape it to your wall by the PC (you will need an A4 sheet at least). Write at the top "I vow never to play at the following casinos" and sign it!

Begin though, by sending a PM to Oliver Curran on this forum, refuting the claim that you made threats, and point out it was others that made you aware that the casino had a bad reputation, that he has now demonstrated to be true by his actions. You can also PAB to Bryan provided you have met the criteria of not having used PAB before for a non-accredited casino.

Do not be impatient, consider the money pretty much lost and bide your time, escalating your efforts gradually. Many have posted that often this leads to payment once the casino realises you won't simply "crawl away back into your hole & take it". If they have a better reason for non-payment, they will end up giving it, but it will do them no good as it will simply show they used Bullsh1t excuses at first while they were thinking up the reason.
This group has such a poor standing that the first reaction is to assume the player is right, even if it looks like they are a first-time poster up to something.

One might wonder, then, why you deposited into a Curran Clip Joint in the first place! You fell for his charms, offer a big enough bonus, and common sense gets left behind. Clearly, this forum is better informed than 2p2, and it is well worth checking out any tips from 2p2 here before trying them out. Some bonus forums tend to concentrate on the quality of bonuses offered, but do less research on the likelihood of the winning players actually getting paid after "doing the bonus".
Often, busting out on the sign-up bonus leads to a long and happy relationship with the casino, whereas daring to cash in a modest win tends to get you labelled as a mere "bonus player".

I dont know, but I dont think they accuse me of bonus playing. (lol at the fact that I still dont know why they did what they did).

And IF they did, they would have to ship me the winnings of my roulette spin. Thats when I deposited almost 2k and put it all on black (in total 3k).

So even if they say "That one grand you made voids cause your a bonus player" they have not a single reason to decline payments for the deposit-money-win.

edit: Im just a regular poster on 2p2, not the bonus forum. Im not only after bonuses in the first place. Thats why I didnt really triple-check the casinos reputation and history. Dont know... I just felt like gambling, and yeah... whatever.

If you put 2K on black, and black came in, Oliver is probably going to say he doesn't like your "style of play" for winning, naturally, had you lost 2K on a single bet you would have soon received one of those, "deposit $15,000 and get $25,000 free" (30xWR and must withdraw at least original balance of D+B).

Well stated!

These guys are poster children for everything that's WRONG with online gambling.

They only help to fan the flames for the US led politicos who merely have to cite the steady stream of player abuse issues initiated by Curran/Cloud led casinos as an integral reason for clamping down on the industry as a whole.

Moreover, Realtime Gaming execs should be not only ashamed, but petrified for their very existence.

When the dust settles, and newly emblazoned, well heeled online gambling outfits enter the market (once the US legislation is repealed/sorted out via the inevitable "loopholes" that WILL emerge), RTG should be reduced to the scrapheap of former top dog "players" who didn't adjust to the changing times.

And for those of you attending the ICE symposium next week...keep your eyes peeled for a couple of guys wearing dark sunglasses and fake noses. They just might turn out to be the "Manic Michaels" of RTG.:

We need to chill on the personal attacks .Thank you.

My advice is to forget about hammering RTG unless you are finding glitches in their software. RTG has made it clear that they are the software provider and they have no power to enforce any decisions on the casino. I would contact the licensing jurisdiction in a tactful matter and voice your issue with them.

I agree that personal attacks shouldn't be tolerated, and I think you'll find that if an individual reviewed all of my previous posts, I have tried to be objective wihtout resorting to name calling. (those times I've crossed the line, I did publicly apologize...)
