Hello all

So Yesterday I decided to reopen my lucky 247 uk game account and wish I did not now . I wanted to play some tournaments games and free roll etc on reopening it and kept getting code errors 50614 MUTIT PLAYER CANT LOG IN FLASH UP on the screen even for the free roll games .I know on requesting when reopening the account they don't always unlock the tournaments so I emailed before hand to check on seeing if the account was opened I got the email below .

So I went to check the account was opened and it was still closed with error code 101 account locked

I went on live chat again and got this

Me: its still closed

Me: got the email at 6.41pm

Me: i get error 101

Me: why was it not when she said she open it

Me: yes but she said she reopened it ?

Then he just hang up the chat

Now I was getting a bit pissed off to be honest as I have had a number of problem's before with live chat and emailed them with a complaint and sent in screen shoots of the tournaments issues and waited for a response the only one I had was from the vip person saying she sent it to support and they are dealing with it .

Today I waited over half a hour to get on live chat to asked again about the tournament issues and got this below

Me: is that good customer service to have so many ?

Emile: What else can we do we have to try and help players at least.

Me: Yes but you should answer chat and not keep people waiting

Me: went to check it was still closed

Me: and I had to asked Adam in chat to reopen it

Me: He never opened the tournaments games and hence why I'm getting the code errors I sent a screen shoot in

She just cut me off again so I have no idea if my tournaments issues are going to get fixed ??

Any lucky 247 uk reps out there ? So you can sort this out and also try to improve wait time for live chat ?

What can player wait from CS agent,if such thing happens. Also it is stupid to tell such thing to player, because why player should care that casino can't hire more stuff?
Vote with your pounds friend(Pounds is bigger than euros and dollars :D ). Play at betat, guts, + many other great places, where you never be told something like 'what did you want,there is many players trying to get help'.
 
I don't understand your impatience. After all you closed the account. Why was it so important to play Lucky247 free tournaments that you wasted 3 hours of your life? Send another email and wait, normal CS staff are not going to instantly fix most tech problem, they pass them to the relevant team. Long winded rants to a stressed CS rep helps nobody.

There has been loads of problems on there my deposited limited was set at 2.oo pounds a day ? when I asked it to be set at 20.00 pounds a day .

When the error game up before they just unlocked on it on the support desk ,Tech team was not a issues for them to fix's. Its a problem which happened when support staff don't unlocked the account right I was told before . A casino has enough money to employ more support staff members to deal with customers and not keep them waiting . I was going to deposited and play on the games yesterday and still the error appearing. The reps are on here to help customers I was aware ? well the do from other casino's
 
Its why I have no time for cs, Took me months till just today I was so pissed of about games cutting out I had to tell them, I was surprised as he was a good chap but told me nothing I did not already know, He said theres not been much complaints?
My exact reply was your got to be joking, The internet is plastered about your network slow spins and errors,


Any way he told me take a screeny and get tech to look, I do not think they would have enough hard drive space if I sent every error I get,

As I mentioned many of time CS (most) are pointless, Only there to make you feel secure and offer you stupid bonus

There could only be one explanation for this and as you had your account closed and reopen it may start a fresh so the system sees that you yet to make a deposit so not aloud into games without making a deposit first,

BUT I am unsure if you do need to make a first deposit to start playing feerolls? What the hell is the CH on about (how come you want to play without fund) Thats got to be the stupidest Qs of all times, Simple! FREEROLL no funds needed lol

I would call it a day with them, If you got a spare £10 put it in and that should do it, If not than move on as just goes round in circles with CS, Bullshit and headaches

I would not no if it is the case I am going by what I could work out what the CS was waffling on about, I've only ever played 32red's tourneys and that's on rare occasions,

Even if it was than surely they could of seen you have deposited in the past and marked you as a depositing player? Would not be very hard if you actually had some person working who knew what they as bloody doing,
 
It may just come down to WHEN you last deposited. For the purposes of freeroll entry many sites define a 'depositing player' as one who has deposited in the last XXX days. Has it been more than a week or two since your last deposit?

Thats sounds about right, But if so its probs another down hill slide change for casinos,

Any way hope things are well, Who did you say the new rep for butlers was again? I had a withdraw from glossy, received email stating gone to finance dep, from experience its normally next day they sort it? Whats the norm time frame :)

Yer maybe that the reason for it.Be better if they said that in the first place.I emailed support said they were looking into it.Just annoying if that the new rules with it.Like i said I never had a problem before on other tournaments Mg platforms think I play at another one on the further.Shame thanks for your help Harry.I did email her she always helpful but she said support were looking into it.Just wait if I get a reply back
 
you should have insisted on knowing how tight u should hang while the agent check everything :D:D ....

Overheard / Overseen some of the wife's 'Battles' over the months with these guys as she is a regular there, enough to keep me on paracetamol for life :p

I won't play there as they seem like the sort of casino that although they've 'cleared' us in the past they'd suddenly confiscate a W/D due to the 2 accounts in same house rule or something they imagined overnight lol.

However as mentioned above she finally got hold of Mo who was very helpful and her right hand actually knew what the left was doing!!

I don't think any of it is deliberate but I do feel their support need some serious staff training in general operations and customer care :)

You are right with the live chat support felt like banging head against the brick wall with them at times :what: .The chat really needs work as most of the time it comes up blank and say sorry we are busy at the moment and asked to email .:mad:The fasters support email was off the reps:p .I'm still waiting a responses as to why my deposited limits were changed to 2.00 pounds a day .You cant even deposited lower then 10 pounds ?? Errors wit MG again maybe or they put the amount in wrong

The support desk needs well improved training and they need to know what games are which and not cut customers off live chat either:p which happening at my understanding there are 1 staff to 10 people customers as I get from the support desk from my chat history. :rolleyes:

It needs better live chat support staff and I'm sure they would be better off improving that .
 
Davdav, did live chat learn what the "free" part of "freeroll" means? Do the CS reps make money when they convince a player to deposit?

Don't know? Free touraments are free like 50$ Freeroll etc and the free tournament s etc on all mg platforms they unlocked them for me at no cost or any funds of my own used for me as there was a error with mg
