    Dear sirs,

On the 10th December 2014, I finish to wager a bónus on AC Casino, and got winnings of $802,76. I requested the withdrawal on that day. Since then, they asked me twice for documents, which I sent immediately, and kept delaying the payment till today with no explanation.
So I appeal to you to help me on this issue. It's been 2 and a half months. It's the Accounting Department (accounting@onlinecasino.ac) that deals with withdrawals, but they don't answer my emails, so I emailed Management Department (management@onlinecasino.ac) claiming, but they just forwarded my emails to Accounting, delaying the proccess.

Hopeful that you'll help me on this, I remain,

    Yours sincerely

    Rui Sottomayor

They are not officially listed here as Rogue or "no can do" that I could find even though their reputation seems to be poor.

You can file a PAB if you want.

be sure to read the terms/rules here completely. Especially the part about not posting any more about this issue once you file your PAB.

    best of luck

I assisted - as much as is possible with this group - with this complaint. In case the player doesn't follow-up, I can confirm that they recently received the contested funds.

Wow, has taken them only 6 months .... i am surprised they paid at all...probably, only because of your intervention.

To be fair, my intervention didn't seem to make a great deal of difference from my perspective. I completely agree that the length of time is entirely unacceptable and I'd also say that the withdrawal fee that was charged on the first half of the payment was extortionate!

It's not quite what it seems......

This service is designed to hide the fact that companies are using a "virtual office" or PO Box type service by allowing the company name to be used instead, making it look like legitimate staffed offices to any unsuspecting customer trying to check them out.

This may be because people are wary of "PO Box addresses" due to consumer advice being given out by our Trading Standards and other groups on how to spot a potential scam or dodgy business online. The company name replaces the usual PO Box number, but if you leave it off, there is no way to determine which of possibly thousands of companies is meant to receive the letter. If you write to a REAL office, the company will still get the letter even if you leave off everything other than the property number and postcode, which are unique identifiers for every street address in the UK.
