Dear sirs,
On the 10th December 2014, I finish to wager a bónus on AC Casino, and got winnings of $802,76. I requested the withdrawal on that day. Since then, they asked me twice for documents, which I sent immediately, and kept delaying the payment till today with no explanation.
So I appeal to you to help me on this issue. It's been 2 and a half months. It's the Accounting Department (accounting@onlinecasino.ac) that deals with withdrawals, but they don't answer my emails, so I emailed Management Department (management@onlinecasino.ac) claiming, but they just forwarded my emails to Accounting, delaying the proccess.
