I opened up an account with allslots casino in january, since then i have had zero contact with them, all emails are ignored,live chat feature never works and i'm unable to telephone then from my number. i withdrew about 2 weeks ago and there is no sign of my money.

so the question is, are they thieves?

with them ignoring every single email and the live chat feature never working, the signs arn't good
 
Wow, I'm shocked. I have never had a problem with this group, as a matter of fact, they are one of my favs. The only glitch I even encountered was, like you, not receiving any of their emails. I use hotmail for all my casino stuff, and even after adding them to a safe list, etc. I was still unable to receive anything from them. I finally had to give them my work addy, which I hate doing, but now I get everything from them. Wish I could tell you what to do.

AOL is notorious for their spam controls being overkill too. That'd be the first thing I checked out - like pinababy said, put them in your allowed senders list. If that's not the case, good luck in getting your money!!

Last year i had same problem, i never receive any reply from All Slots.
I check all spam-filters, etc, and everything was ok. So after i try few other addresses, i finally reach their CS, and got reply from First Web. We test this e-mail thing with their CS, and i receive all replies from First Web, but nothing from All Slots. Nowdays i use this address: support@jackpotfactory.com without any problem.

I'm on hotmail, i thought to myself maybe there is a spam filter problem, so i ended up withdrawing, its the fact that i have withdrawn i have not seen any action (i.e. been paid) that i'm getting worried about, phonecall is not an option as i'm unable to dial that number, so i will try the jackpot factory email address, if there is no joy there then i guess it will be my first pitch-a-bitch, thanks for the response guys i'm feeling a bit less worried now, but incase i need to how do i go about filling in a "pitch a bitch"

Regarding lack of email responses, we are currently having some problems with deliverability to Hotmail addresses. We're working to sort these out, but in the meantime it may help to add allslots.com to your approved senders list.

Ahhhh, faith restored. Thanks Jackpot Factory. Was starting to worry that yet another Micro may be going in the wrong direction.
 
apologies to the jackpot factory representative, casinomeister and anyone who has contributed & followed this thread, i havnt had internet access for a week, so i have only just been able to send a message to the jackpot factory representitve. will let you know how i get on.

thanks for renaming thread CM, i guess the title was a bit strong
 
I private messaged the JF representative late at night on the 6th and was paid the next morning, well done! thanks

maybe a few other casinos could learn from this when dealing with complaints
