Allslots and the Vip Casino

Hi to all,
As I like to read in your Forum for a long time now I want to share some of my latest experiences with you.
Like the most of you I got two or three favourite online casinos to play in.
Mine were Allslots.com, Amerikasbestcasino.com and the new Viplounge casino.

Now here is my story, I started beeing a player at Allslots at the 28.Dec.2003
I have been playing there on a regular basis and most of the time I lost but sometimes I won some nice amounts. I never had any problems with my withdrawals and the customer support was always fine.I became a VIP and got some nice presents.

Now the last two weeks I had a good run at that casino with a win of 25000 Euro and a total payout of 38000 Euro and one with 3800 Euro.Here the problem started. I wanted to have the larger payout send via cheque and the smaller amount back to my CCC. But the financial department was unable to do that and send everything to my CCC and theres where my problem started because I can only take 25000 Euro in one month from my credit card so I have to wait 2 month to have all my money. I know for some this might be a Problem but its uncomfortable.

One of my major problems was the win a Laptop drawing that the Vip Lounge has like every month and the player with the highest payout wins a laptop.
I had won 25000 Euro and was on the second place. The lady above me won 25020 Dollar so I have written them that 25000 Euro would be approx. 32000 Dollars and I should be on the first place.
At first their response was that the highest payout is counted in credits and I would not be the number 1, then I got an email where they said the management decided to put me on first place and a day after that they sent me an email where they have written the previous email was an error and i would not get it. As you can understand I was totally pi**ed cause I think I am right then they right me I am right but in the next email they write me all was an error.After some emails they stopped writing me back and thought wow a very good customer support.

I am myself self employed and if I would take care of my customers like that I would not be long in my business.
Then they wanted to give me a Palm as a compensation but i refused that one cause it was for me all about getting my right, for some that might sound stupid but thats the way I am.

It is not about the laptop cause I could have bought me a new one,it is the feeling of beeing a 2nd class customer for them and thats still my feeling.

So my feeling about that casino group is, as long as you are American or play with dollars it is a nice casino to play in but if you are playing with euro or even pounds look for a different one cause when we loose money the casino gets more but when it comes to the bonuses and drawings we are equal to the people who play with dollars.
Ok when I cashed in the 40000 they sent me a surprise gift which was an Ipod that was very nice and the last week I have won additional 60000 Euro and they sent me a surprise gift and with the thought of refusing the palm , having all these problems before and winning a bigger amount of money I thought now I would get something bigger than the Ipod but it was a Box with a bottle of champagne some cookies and some olives,and these are things I really dont like.So I was a little dissapointed

To the VIP Lounge casino I can only say that it was a smart thing to do cause now they dont have to pay for their Affiliates but nevertheless I got a strange feeling with that one, cause the last two days I lost 8000 Euro playing my favourite slot BIG TOP with the highest win of 800 and that never happened to me before. I can loose my money thats no problem but if it happens that quick without winning some bigger amounts it is a little strange.

Now I want to have some comments on that especially on my thoughts of the Laptop drawing but have in mind that if all players would play with euro or pounds the casino group would win 33-50% more.

HaHaHa - Just kidding of course. If it were me, I'd just be happy with the $$ wins and try to get them for lots more cash! If I were the casino? I'd give both high winners one. I certainly would bend over backwards to keep a high rolling customer like you happy. After all, the laptop would be a very small price for them to pay. To take the chance of losing your loyalty and pi$$ing you off would be a huge price to pay IMHO.
I also think they were wrong in yo-yo-ing you around about it. You won - no you didn't win -- yeah you did -- no you didn't. That would really tick me off too.

Thx but its all about getting my rights.And yes that is what I would do to to keep customers like me in their casino. Give both one and I would have said thank you and it would have been done. If I think about that I played around 9000 Euros in their casinos and lost the last few days I could have bought me some Laptops. But again it was all about getting my rights. As you can see they make the difference on the winners page too, so nothing with "we count in Casino credits". Last year a Birthday present was 250 Euro for Amazon, not much but cool.
As I have birthday tommorow and I really thought after all these problems and the winnings and even the losses I thought this year I would get something special but I got a 400 Bonus in Casino Credits, nothing special 2 spins and gone.
Thats why I am a little dissapointed with the casino group. I hope you understand that.Its not about money, I got some myself but its how they treat you.

As you know, there's a whole lot of people in these forums who would love to be in your shoes right now. Too many to count, have rightfully won mucho $$$ and won't ever see a dime.

Sometimes, we just need to look at what we have vs what we don't have. You've been very fortunate, to have had the success you've had in playing and withdrawing. I know it's the principal of the thing, but no where does it say you have to have it all, even when you feel you deserve it.

Personally I would'nt get all worked up, over something you can go out and buy with their $$$ - better yet have one built.

I agree with the gal above. Your deposits I suspect are not the norm for the casinos but they should be welcome. VipL didnt think this contest out. They should have said up front all monies would be converted to a set currency to win. That would have taken care of your problem. As to what they should do about it, thats up to them and the consequences of their decision will be your withdrawl of business or you staying. You decide what is right and get on with it. Onlines are not Land Casinos. They have many more customers to handle and the personal touch is not a business like it is at land based. Focus your perk requests there. Win your money online.

200.00 a spin is your decision too. It could be 2.00 a spin and you would have a chance to win a jackpot. 400.00 is an amazing present.

You misunderstand it completely. You seem to be confusing coins and credit. It just clarifies the exact the isse that you complained about. It means that if you play in euros and win 25000 euros, it will count the same for the purposes of the competitition as if you won $25000 playing in dollars.

I know bad example but what happens if they decide to let japanese players, and there are a lot, play in yen he wins 25000 yen and thats approx 168 Euro. Who wins????
Just take a look at the winners page, it shows Dollars Pounds And Euro so they make the difference there not me.

I know I am moaning too much it is just that stupid feeling to get second because of 20 Dollars while winning 7000 more.Hope you understand that.

And dont get me wrong for me the Allslots and the Group was and is still my favourite, because its Customer Support is one of the best and believe me I played a lot in other casinos, but the last three weeks were a litlle confusing on what is going on over there with confusing emails( like you win , no you dont)then a withdrawing problem and some minor things.
I think I just had to unload my frustration somewhere.

You are absolutely right the casino set the rules and when they write me the mail that I am in the winners page I took a look and I promise if I would have seen 25020 CC(Casino Credits for example) and mine 25000 CC and not $25020 and 25000 I would have gone my way but if they make the difference on their winners page of course their will be some people having problems with that.I wouldnt say something against that if somebody would have won 24000 Pounds and won that cause it is a lot more than my Euro win.

And again think about we would all be playing in Pounds or Euro, the casino would have more income and even the affiliates would get more but when it comes to a promotion like that we are equal, is that fair?

Well I was only a little scared because I got two cheques coming worth 60.000 , but now that I have read my first post again and see that it isnt bad just showing that they made BS with their E-Mail corespondence and me complaining about their "credits thing", which I still would complain again its all good.

And I dont think it would help to change my name cause I dont hope for the casino that they have more customers like me complaining that much with emails, phone calls and forum posts, but on the other hand I think it is good for them to have people like me, cause when I think about that I could have withdrawn 50000 more the last three weeks in their casinos maybe some people understand why I was a little pi**ed about the outcome of the Laptop Drawing my second Gift and my Birthday Present.

Hahaha, funny that I should stumble upon this fable twice in the span of a week. I had just finished teaching this particular book to a class of mine this past Friday.

Well at the winners page it said the one with the highest single payout and nothing about credits, I just took a look at the terms and conditions and its a little funny but I think they changed. I think when I have read them last month there wasnt a term that 1$=1=1P but thats ok for me.But nevertheless I will check that again cause I have taken a screenshot from the T&C last month and then I will see if I remember right.

Don't forget this works both ways. Bonuses are also given in Casino Credits, and VIP's playing in UK Pounds get 300 on Tuesday, but players in Dollars get $300, less than 200.

They may consider changing the terms of the drawing though if a number of players complain.

Cash-in preferences ignored. This is down to their processor, Inexia; they are useless. I am constantly having things go wrong with mine, and they are going solely to Neteller, which should be the easiest for them to manage.
CS do not have the ability to "insist" that Inexia do anything to speed up the process of resolution. This is supposedly being addressed though, and perhaps we will see improvements.
I enjoy the innovative nature of the promotions, and the fact that every now and then they have big prizes up for grabs along with a live scoreboard for the event.
