#1 They treat me very well

#2 I like the variety from RTG

#3 I get paid like clockwork every single week without a hassle or excuse of a processor problem

#4 I like the weekend tourneys $250,000 one going on now with $50k to 1st place. Deposit $200 and you are also entered into tourney.

#5 20x wagering requirements and fully cashable bonuses

#6 Emails are answered within minutes/hours. VIP or OPS Mgr is usually also available instantly through chat or by phone

#7 They send me chocolates..........

It was a hassle, finally came back on last night for me. But they had sent me several emails and phone calls to let me know what was going on. So information flow was great during time of high frustration. Kids had left, presents opened, house cleaned and I wanted to PLAY.

My guess is that you're a high roller and maybe they take better care of them than everyone else. I'd bet, if you bet at my level, you'd not be treated so well.
Just my opinion, but I think they'd not give a rats butt about you if you didn't give them good reason to take care of you, read $$$. Which reminds me - casinos are not our friends. They are only friends of money. They have no vested interest in caring about us as people. That is reality and what makes their worlds go round. At the end of the day they only look at their ledgers......and send chocolates to those whom they would really like to extract more dollars from. Heck, they even chase their losses too.

Hmm...........isn't that true of any casino? They are not "friends" -- it is a business relationship. I get that. Yup I am a good customer and I expect to be treated well.

Same with my business -- my BEST customers get my best attention and service. The infrequent customers, small dollar volume, slow pay customers etc. they stand in line behind the other good customers.
