i am fed up with this casino. 2 months ago, i had a cashout delayed beause they were unable to trace my faxback form. i explained that i didnt need to do so because i had verified accounts at other cw casinos. support also lied to me by stating that they had written to me requesting the docs and forms. martyn, the forum rep, was helpful and after a couple of pms resolved this for me. the same thing happened when i had a 2nd cashout a few weeks later. now my cashout 2 days ago met with the same fate. suport says there is a note stating that i need to submit a faxback form. however, i was assured that my cashouts at all slots would be processed smoothly without the need for docs as i have a verified account at aladdinsgold. cw, please get your act together. the amount involved is small but the way the issue is handled speaks volumes on its inefficiency

The casinos in this group always do this -(to me, at least) - despite the fact that the forum rep has said that once verified at one, we're verified at all CW casinos. And I dearly HATE spewing unnecessary duplicates of personal and financial data all over the internet.

It's obvious the manager who had your private documentation on his USB stick from the last time, wasn't there when you wanted to cash out this time. :lolup:

LOL! so someone tells me i dont need to send anything in agan and another staff tells me i havent done what is required yet. i wont send any more pms as i really dont think it is necessary.

After I have sent in the validation/verification forms required I always request a confirming email back from the site.

That way when this comes up periodically --- I just send them the original email I received from them that confirmed that they have all the required documentation for my withdrawals.

That has helped me avoid the frustration you are going through. I usually make sure that in my email I reference all the related casinos as being satisfied with the paperwork I have submitted.

My only frustration with All Star Slots and why I don't play there any more had to do with their lack of a promotional info area on their site AND the lack of a messaging center. It was sub-standard compared to the other great CWC sites and their features for info on bonuses and sending messages to/from players.

So I just uninstalled it and saved myself the grief of having to pester chat just to see what promos were available, if I had a daily VIP bonus, or monthly loyalty bonus etc. Since not all the casino emails get to my email account on a dependable basis.

the link to the promo area goes to a dead end and there is no asccess to it. however, from time to time, they send me a free chip and a good match bonus although what's the use if they fool around with your withdrawal each and every time.
