I wanted to comment on the positive experience i just had with All Star Slots.

They had problems viewing my faxbax form via fax and somehow were not receiving my emails of the scans and denied my withdraw request this has been going on since the 5th of this month.

So i went to livechat, Stuart was beyond helpful, kept having me send, he wasnt getting so we lowered it to just the scans that were missing and he got both of them.

He went out of his wayto help me and it took over an hour to track and get things done and even requested they expedite my paperwork and winnings withdraw request.

These are the people I like to do business with.

Glad it was resolved. I would just like an answer as to why this is always an issue. It makes me nervous when they claim they didn't receive the email or fax. That is a lot of personal info that gets lost.

YA, made me nervous too. Its like where is it actually going if you not getting it but confirming that the email address is correct. So i been monitoring my account just to be safe.

pretty sure it goes nowhere and arrives to them without attachments because the file is too large.

All star slots is pretty good from my experiences ...friendly, seem nice enough plus from time to time they offer $25-$50 in free chips.
I did find their slots to be EXTREMELY difficult to win on but hey its gambling right?

The problem is that despite all these issues, casinos STILL rely on email to send these documents, even though email cannot handle the amount of data being requested. Worse, many just come out with "never received it", leaving the player little idea as to why, and wondering if sending the documents over and over again just makes things worse.

Even more curious are those few odd cases where casinos say they never got an email, yet then later quote something from it in a reply to the player. This suggests the problem is not email itself, but their own internal procedures for handling it.
