    Im from Poland and im Noticed something strange behavior practice with acces to free chips and also deposit bonuses in All Skill On Net software for Poland Players

    All they have - Polish langue - send massive spam every day with free chips bonuses and weekly and monthly deposit bonuses ( in polish langue) spam sometimes go directly from casinos / sometimes from affiliate spamers . Also they live chat after players from Poland login offered regular 100% or 150% deposit bonuses.

    But all this casino have deep in Terms and conditions rulez - " Players from Poland and China not allowed to take any bonuses in casino " - probably same rulez in all skill on net Casinos.

    And also they add all this bonuses after deposit but if they have this rule sit deep in terms - they can denied and blocked all future biger withdrawals come from Polish deposits with bonus - and say sorry you bonus was add by mystake - pleased read our terms and conditions? Im think they can.

    So summary they offered this bonuses in live chat if Somone from my country ask randomly live agent abaout -" Players form poland eglible to take welcome bonus " - they always say Yes of corse - But if im show them terms abaout NO - then silent. ......

    Its mess in this case - They add this rulez deep in terms becose probably was a lot Free Chips no deposit - bonus hunters - But they shoud change rule clear in terms to allowed take Deposit bonuses for Poland - Or if they dont Wonna give Polish Players any bonuses -Then they shoud stop Send all this Spam offered all promotions in Polish langue - same in live chat .

    Becose now Players not eglible due( deep terms and conditions ) But this look like eglible - with all this informations in emails and in live chats ) - Next if somone win to big they easy can say sorry bonus added by mystake we can refund you money Pleased read our T&C.

    Yes that sounds really like a trap to me.
    I have seen in their terms, they only give bonuses of 100% or higher to deposits which are done with credit cards.
    I remember i got a 100% bonus some months ago with skrill, but i didnt reach the wr, maybe they use this term to void winnings when someone wins without depositing with credit card. :confused:

    If all you say is true then this is something they should definitely be called out on.

    Have you brought up this issue with any of the reps. here? If not, you certainly should. Also, I hope you have saved some of these spam mails with headers so the sender can possibly be tracked down.

    They can't use the excuse of, "Oh, we just them out to everybody" if they are going through the trouble of translating it into polish.

    Skill on net was my favorite group of casinos in past, played a lot, and i am for few k$ with them. Till one day around 500 days ago they bonus ban me in all brands.
    Recent joke - got email from playmillion, 30 freespins. Redeem bonus code with no problem, and start playing. Clear bonus and request 100$ withdrawal(max allowed). They do not pay because i am bonus banned in all group.But it's ok, no problem.
    Also their recent change that you can't get more than 100% bonus if deposit with ewallet. Use two freechips in a raw = bonus ban. No any chance to deal with players real complaints and non payings.
    This guys going to be like RTG worst groups, sad :(

    Since they bonus banned you "at all brands", then clearly they are all connected, so it IS an issue for Slots Magic as the bonus ban should also be in force there.

    It's they way it's being enforced that is rogue, they are actually granting the bonus, and then only bringing up the ban if the player wins. They should be blocking the claim so that the player is told "no bonus" as soon as they start to play. They should also not be sending out offers to players on the bonus ban list either, this is not only misleading, it's illegal under consumer laws across the EU to market in this manner.

    Under the UK regulations, it appears that operators are also going to be held responsible for the actions of their affiliates, such that if an affiliate markets the casino in contravention of advertising law, the operator will be the one facing a reprimand, a directive to change, or even a fine.

    If Skill on Net have any UK licenced brands, this sloppy attitude to marketing is going to get them in trouble sooner or later.

    couple of times i speak with AM of SoN brands, also i worked as AM for russian market at queen vegas casino. I have direct contact with owners.
    I get only one from my work - no one in this group of casinos can do anything regarding players, everything decided only by skill on net. AM's just work to increase traffic, like owners of casinos. Therefore there is really no reasons to contact slots magic rep i guess. I leave them alone, doing things like this it is not hard to predict their future.
