I have deleted all RTGs from my PC, sadly it includes INet, which I always want to promote.

6 days and 9K balance gone south at one RTG.
3 days and 6K USD gone on another RTG.
Never get 1 time 200X hit.

All these convinced me that since last RTG updates there are some changes just like MG did before.

This is dead cycle, payout tight -> few players -> even tight payout -> fewer players so on and so forth...

I suppose I am a very good customer to any casinos, I spent 40K - 60K a year on slots and I play long and rarely make withdrawals. If I won I can have more time to play, just like that. In exchange, I want few screenshots which I can keep a good memory.

But now, I few sorry to these casinos, as I feel it is not RTG casinos but the RTG software lead to this situation.

Excuse me INet, Excuse me Jackpot Capital. I really want to stay loyal and I really want to spend my dollar for some good time. But I can not accept what you offer to me. The playing time is simple not long enough to cover my cost.

So long, RTG.

You used to be cool but ...

I know what you mean. It sucks when you feel hopeless before even beginning play. You feel like when you get a bonus it's going to be nothing, and it's a lose-lose situation.

At the same time, no one is forcing you to play at RTGs. No one is stopping you from withdrawing from all of them and having your accounts closed. If things feel hopeless, they probably are, and you should stop. I did.

This is why I've scaled back my online play by 95%.

Good luck.

I've never really been a fan of Rival and like you said, MG seem to be tightening their belts with every new slot that gets released. I don't touch them, I stick to the older ones with the established payout, this way you can have a good day or bad day and not just expect to lose straight away!

I think everyone experiences what you are going through from time to time. I know I do. I also like mixing up the casinos I frequent, so don't stay playing religiously at the same Micro for instance.

After a sizable win I tend to not go back to the casino where I hit it for a long time. Indeed I believe I am still excluded from Roxy after requesting self exclusion a few months back when I hit a great win on Tombraider.

LOL I have just deleted RTG

This post is great timing. I have also deleted all my RTGs - my game play took a big dive over the last 3 weeks. I thought I was going crazy or just lost my touch lol.

I have started to play web based casinos (flash) I seem to be doing better:)

still blown away with the timing of this thread :)

Hiya: Well there is no x200 wins or anything, only x35. But for lenth of time playing, Roulette is a great way to go. You give up those large wins for a shot of a bunch of smaller ones. Sometimes in lets say a 100 spins, a few numbers will not hit at all or only 1 time. But, in that same 100 spins you will have 5 or 6 numbers that hit 5 times or more.

Last year here in Vegas, a little ol lady sat down at the Roulette table next to me, played for a little over an hour, before she lost her $100 buy in. She stood up, reached across the table and thanked the dealer, saying, "Oh, thank you so much, I would have lost this at the slot machine in less than 15 minites, but i got to play for over an hour here", and walked away smiling like a baby.:)

Hey, you can always hop over to the Roulette tables just to try to get back some of what you lost at the slots. At 35/1 payout, throw a few chips down, and get a couple of hits, and use the $60-$70 you made back at the slots again. And if you hit nothing, all you lost was just a few more $.

The thing I find with slots is that doing a lot of playing ever makes much difference. If you are trying for a 200x win say it won't come just by playing. You can't force them. The only time I have ever had 100x wins has been of just a few spins when playing for entertainment. No idea why this happens but the minute you start feeling 'owed' or 'due' the wins just vanish.

One way out of the slots trap is to play tournaments. The investment is a lot smaller and you get playing time. The don't have the potential to get out of control in the way playing too much on slots can.

.....

I also just uninstalled and closed out my accounts at the RTG casinos. I too thought I was going crazy or something (lol) after FORTY plus deposits, all with bonuses , all lost without any play.
As I have been playing the RTG software constantly since it's inception back when they had like four games I feel I'm qualified to say without a shadow of a doubt that since the software change these slots have definately been tightened by the software maker. My guess is this was done out of necessity after the US internet gambling laws went into effect to counter the drop off in the casinos business.
In the long run it will be the casinos who suffer for the software tweaks as the player will not forget who treated him right or like crap once this online gambling law gets repealed and the industry becomes regulated. Goodbye RTG, good bye Rival.

I uninstalled all but one...kept a rival and the rtg are just downright hard as hell to hit..I like to play but I also don't like to low roll all the time...the payouts suck tremendously.

I hit 5 snakes on cleopatra's coins and hit eight more free spins for a total of 180 free spins on a 4.00 bet...had 10 bonus rounds with the coins and after all of that I got a whopping 449.00 this should have been in the 1000s...I just can't get used to these games being so tight...

Not going to stop playing just considerably less playing:D

I meant the established games, not operators. Avoid new Slot games for at least a couple of months so that they can get some action and establish a payout

Reality wise I can only think of actually one or two casinos where im lucky to cash out on a somewhat fairly regular basis. Spin Palace and Mummys gold are simply the finest for me, I dont know why but these guys rock and always have, I lose with them sure, but i also hit nicely and cashout nicely. Slotocash I get the occasional cashout from too though not nearly as much as i would have liked. What strikes me as odd is that really well known casino brands such as 32Red for example where ive tried time and time again always always knock me on my arse :eek2: I mean these guys are supposed to be the best aernt they? So why in blue blazes can i never win with them lol As for RTG pah dont even get me started lol

i am not sure of i agree with that, my knowledge comes pretty much from what i read on this forum and i read many times that RTG casinos can set their own % payout. May be that explains why their slots are so streaky, one session you hit x100 on many games and other section you hit hardly anything. Just a thought...

On MG my results on slots usually look steady ( and now they mostly suck lol)

Same experience at RTG

I have not gone as far as to remove RTG from my system, but the last 6 months of RTG play have been the WORST.
Last year I won about $50k, but since August - nothing significant enough to withdraw.

Now, I am trying SLOTOCASH. Not as many slots, but fun.

I hope one of our "pros" come to address your post since I am not educated enough to fully answer this. My understanding is there are three different payout percentages allowed RTG operators, but they all have to be set through RTG, not by the individual casinos. And, it does not happen overnight. Or very often.

For every person who has a bad loosing streak another will be on a roll. Example I hit good n big with a $50 deposit to slotsoasis early last week. Then sunk a $100 with no win at another RTG. Myths abound about casino software, streaks good or bad tight n loose. If (my view only) you think casino software is fixed or tight then maybe best not the play. Then we have MG software, many posts about how tight it seems to have been since the US was banned etc. But again I have done ok at 1 MG casino the past few weeks and overall on this years play im only $250 down which in itsels is nothing short of a miracle for me :eek2:

My advise (which is usually crap) is play have fun, dont play to feed the dog or pay the rent (and dont play the rent) and take it on the chin if you loose. 1 Rep on here once said " if you loosing big it means another is winning big " i think there is truth in that :)

I agree with the rep but the other who is winning big is the casino mostly.

Indeed
I was curious as to RTG were playing as I gave them up a while back because every deposit was yielding below 70% return after a win.

Anyway I played at Vegas Online 18c 9 lines $30.
I was down to my last $2 before I hit 4 of a kind (9s)
I managed 1 feature that payed 25X bet and got about 60% return.

Call me cynical but if you get below 75% on every deposit and they are telling you the slots are 95%+ something does not add up.

MG, RTG, Rival they are all the same and it is an expensive form of entertainment when you can't buy a run for your money let alone a cashout.
I guess as long as we keep playing the returns will keep getting lower.
Why feed us steak when we will eat Tripe? :eat:

Well, I am on a tripe free diet (again) for a couple of Months.

I believe this is correct. 95% is the mid range, BUT operators can choose between 2% either way. InetBet is on record on several occasions that they have stuck to the 95% default, and have not requested a change either way.

"tightness" can also be explaine by changes of variance, as well as reduction in overall payouts. Many "new" slots seem to have been high variance, thus may appear "tighter" than the older games. It is not always obvious that a slot is high variance. Take Cashapillar (MGS); at first glance, 100 lines = low variance, but you could not be more WRONG! The stacked "Cashapillar" symbols make this a HIGH variance game, since they are also wild. The new "T-Rex" RTG slot looks high variance to me from those winner screenshots. Rain Dance is high variance (100 free spins @ 5x for 5 scatters).

Have to laugh at the 5 scatters bit on RTG. Ive seen 5 scatters MANY a time on MG, but i have NEVER seen them personally on an RTG casino, and i imagine many people are the same

Well, Thunderstruck would be the ideal, but I play Ladies Nite more often now as it gives a higher spins per hour rate which is good for the slotsmeister.

In my 'online gambling career' I have only ONCE hit five scatters, and ironically that was over at Slots Oasis. But as I was only playing $0.20 a pop it only paid $40.
