All Rivals Casinos are Connected?

The following may further confuse the ongoing debate regarding the relationship between different Rival casinos.

Yesterday I was given a $10 freebie at Cocoa (Jetset Marketing) and a $10 freebie at SimonSays (now part of 888?). I claimed and played out the Cocoa bonus in 5 minutes, exited the software and logged into SS. When I tried to take the SS bonus a message appeared stating generally 'cannot claim - call CS'. On live chat, CS said I must wait at least 1 hour between ND bonuses at any 2 Rival casinos. Wow.

How strange! I have played one and then gone right into another casino and played another one.

I don't know the relationship between all the Rivals. I know that Sloto'cash kinda stands alone and the rest of them are connected by one processor (or used to be). As far as them being a part of 888.com, I'm not so sure. The news info. said that 888.com was buying iSlots, not the casinos. Or at least that is the way I took it. Could be wrong. I would think that if they had been bought by 888.com, a newsflash would appear?

I guess it was just an extra gift for me from them because i'm a nice person lol
Or maybe because I promote them lol
I think it's because I played the other day.

They are all linked together.

For the longest time I wanted to believe that everything was well with the Rival casinos, and I have defended them in the past. But after noticing that they reduced withdrawal limits to $500 across all of my accounts without even notifying me, I came to the conclusion that it was time to part ways. That was a slap in the face, especially considering that I hadn't even made a withdrawal from a Rival casino in the last 2 years.

I now consider all Rival casinos to be rogue, and I amended my

page accordingly. I do not approve of bait-and-switch advertising, nor am I interested in promoting casinos who do not pay winners. It's a shame, really, because I truly believed that they had a lot of potential.

Oh my! $500? That's terrible. IMO, they're telling you that they have a serious cash problem. They should be able to handle a bit more than $500.

SlotsWizard,

How did you discover that they had lowered your withdrawal limits? Was this for all withdrawal methods you use or what?

I, too, have been a champion for Rivals but now, not so much. At first they were really great and I have had withdrawals with almost all of them. However, I have also seen things kinda go sideways that really make me look harder. I sincerely hope that things get worked out for the good of all as I really like the games and actually for me, service has been great. Last withdrawal I had from Superior only took 36 hours and it was my first one with them. I am at a loss over some of the things that have and are happening. :eek2:

The $500 limit applied to all withdrawal methods that were available. I have screenshots of the ACH method on the link I posted above, showing that the only amount I could withdraw was between $100 and $500.

I did not capture screenshots of the other methods, but it did occur to me to check them in case ACH limits might have changed, but the $100 to $500 range applied to all withdrawal methods across all of my Rival casino accounts.

I sent them an email asking about the new withdrawal limit, and received no response for quite some time. I went to live chat, which was useless, because they told me to wait until I received an emailed response which, of course, never came.

Fed up, I finally emailed them to close my accounts, which they responded to a mere 11 minutes later.

I'm still "waiting" for the response to my inquiry about the withdrawal limit.

Wow, I read your Rivals page nad you are quite clear. I am hopeful one of the Rival reps will chime in and give us concrete information that explains their current conditions. But its time for the reps to stop prefacing posts like "I can only speak for xxx casino...." because we all know that current problems are accross the board.

Just to be fair, I went and checked my withdrawal limits and since I didn't know what they were to start, with the exception of QT, I can't say if they are changed or not.

ACH - 100-3000
QT - 25-1000 (this is still the same)
EWE - 25-1000
C2P - 25-1000

These are daily limits. The reason I know about QT is that I had a $1900 withdrawal and could only do $1000 at a time and this was several months ago.

But then you get the $2000 a week withdrawal limit so I am not too sure that any of this matters because they are only going to pay you $2000 per week, no matter what your withdrawal limits are. Right?

anniemac: those are just per transaction limits. You still have 2k per day and 4k per week withdrawal limits.

SlotsWizard: you can pm me for details about your account and why your personal limits have been reduced, it could be a misunderstanding but if not it's not something for everyone to know but I can look into it further. As for not getting an answer regarding a security issue it was only 3 hours from your post to your complaint and they should have an answer on Monday.

fyi players accounts can either be locked or have banking limits reduced if unusual activity takes place. I know people want examples but I can't list them all but things like opening multiple accounts, or using on multiple computers or out of state/country or even multiple failed logins. Sometimes we incorrectly lock or restrict an account but sometimes this can be remedied.

I'm sorry, John. I did know it was per transaction. I guess I just forgot to put that in there. I have no problem with my limits. Have never won enough to go over it anyway. :)

Actually, if I could win a little I would be just fine. :D

Yeah, like winning or trying to cash out! :D

While I wouldnt agree with KL on his reasons for locking accounts and reducing banking limits:D:D, I am also at a loss on how the casinos could possibly do such acts without informing the players concerned. If you want to lock accounts, tell the player and if no fraud is involved return the full balances to them. I was fumed when my accounts at 32RED and Dash were locked (claiming I played from a restricted territory) but at least they were honest about it when I asked and the remaining funds were in my moneybookers account almost instantly.

On the reduction of banking limits, I am also baffled. Surely the player should have been informed of this. If there were 'unusual activities' taking place, the player should be advised of the revised limits and that they will remain in place until the issues have been sorted out with the banks/e-wallets. This high-handed and unilateral method of doing things does the casino no favours.

Update

I received an apology and explanation which were both polite and satisfactory. The explanation was that the recent introduction of the new VIP system somehow caused my withdrawal limits to be reduced.

Regardless, my accounts will remain closed and I will neither play at nor promote Rival casinos until they can deliver the 48-hour withdrawals that they promise, for all players and for all withdrawal methods.
