@homerbert was a regular rep -- meaning the "official" voice of the company here at Casinomeister -- some years ago and single-handedly shepherded Dama out of the darkness and into the mainstream of respectable casinos. He and I worked fairly close together through that time and whatever you may think of his participation currently he earned enormous respect (from us at least) for what he doggedly accomplished then.... If he is not a regular rep, which I dont even know what that means, maybe time to remove his purple rep status ...

@Casinomeister @maxd you have a rep here who completely ignores players pleas for help and shows up to try and alienate people only.
Also, if you go through alot of dama/n1 casino threads there are dozens of tags looking for his help and he has responded to almost none.
I have the screenshots of the attempted convos/help for years with this joker if you need them.

Not good behavior or representation of the casinomeister rep title. Embarassing actually. Guys like Jan and Mark and others who show up everyday earn that title so to be handed it for a guy who doesnt even log in for 6 months at a time is ridiculous (look at his log in history)

It's true, but once again - I'm representing entities, not any casino in particular.
If you have any troubles guys - you can always PAB - trust me it works really well and our team will reply to CM pretty quickly and will be happy to assist with whatever is needed.
In regards to purple colour etc - I don't think we are kids and it is about status or colour - for me, it does not matter. The fact that I still care about how our company works with end users and I'm ALWAYS here to chime in if something really happened.
Basically, your complaint is not for me, it's not about the delay in something etc (your last complaint) - it's about you don't want to provide docs which were requested. How can I help in such a case? Lift requirements that my colleagues from the AML team follow based on regulator requirements? It will not happen.
But guys, if any of our WL casinos will try to do something out of the line - just PAB and it will be solved. If you really do believe that I need to look into it personally for some reason - you can send me PM, yes, there is a chance I will forget to reply (I have a million duties, it's true, and I can forget it's true) - but 99% chance I will give instructions to someone to push it and look into it.
Sorry for not being your best REP lockinlove, but I never pretended nor wanted to go in this direction. But we do play fair and that's I'm still here - to see that things go okay and no bad things happen. And also I'm here because I love this forum and community, and it is not related to status/colour/whatsoever.

As I understand it he moved on to other responsibilities within his company some time ago and thus hasn't been able to continue with his rep responsibilities in the same capacity he once did. I think I'm safe in saying that out of respect for his past efforts we were happy to leave his rep accreditation in place though I do understand where that may have become somewhat misleading. The fault there is on us, not him.

My wife is being harrashed by these fkers also. She played today and managed to withdraw few hundred. Now they r asking: 6month payslips,6month bank statements , 6 month skrill statement and selfie with id (elbow visible). Everything else would be fine but why 6 month skrill statement? Ive send her money with skrill very many times and i wonder will this cause more problems and checkups? Completely bulls**t. I allready said that let it be and let them keep the moneys. I will put up a word about these dodgy fkers so they will lose at least same sum the wd is
