All Jackpots, what did I do wrong?

Hi All,

I also want to add as an affiliate I appreciate players posting this information.

Although we get stats to track inward bound sign-ups, what happens after a player I recommended to a casino, well that's anyone's guess.

An incident as the OP has experienced and backs up with email proof, shows me that all is not how I would expect a player; a long time loyal player, to be treated. This ain't on Jackpot Factory.

Edit: Sent an email to one of my casino contacts advising them of this thread. Hope that's OK with CM and you too Marvin.

Yes Dave that is okay to email them, it would be nice if they could explain why they make such decisions, not only to myself but to so many other loyal players.

i have a betting pattern , every time i play a mg casino i bet 25 spins at 90c on break the bank again , so far this pattern has cost me hundreds ,when i finally hit the jewels with a x5 ill be waiting for my email !

i think as everyones been stating places like 32 red seem to look after you if your a winner or a loser , other casinos dont like the "W" word .... cmon casino you can say it .... www w .. wwww winner !

A little off topic..

How are the payments at allslots? Fast or slow?
Anyone have any experiences? I have requested a cashout to my Visa, and live support were kind enough to flush my account, which is a good start.:thumbsup:

The lying just dont stop. Clearly this wasn't an error. Marvin received several emails addressing his/her by name; And stating the reason for the ban. WOW! Lies, Lies, and yet more LIES!!!

Dave, this is maybe the third time that i have seen you take the initiative to try to resolve a player's issue through your contacts with positive results. I don't think that the players have signed up through you, but you still act on their behalf. You are what an affliate, in my mind should be, thanks for looking out for us, the players,

As a poster stated in this thread for you to go out of your way for a player that is not from your affliation is above and beyond and you deserve great Kudo's for being more than just an affiliate, more than just a forum member, you are a real person and we are lucky to have one such as you that looks out for us players without even being asked.

I will reserve my feelings regarding the issue with All Jackpots until I have received the email or pm from them and will post any and all messages so all forum members who have followed this will be kept up to date.

I do appreciate the rep coming on this thread and making a statement and would hope that the rep can resolve any issue anyone that has read this thread may have regarding how they will be treated after having a run of good luck.

We should not be in fear that if we do get lucky that we will be flagged.

We should not be in fear that if we play one game all day for days on end that we will be flagged.

Players "Gaming Patterns", may change, but that is simply because we reflect on how we have played over time and what has worked and what doesn't.
Sometimes we may skip all over the casino, trying to play everything, sometimes we may just play one or two games. But this is our choice as it is our money that we are spending, we decide how and on what we wish to spend it on.

I don't expect bonuses, or pampering, or gifts or anything, but what I do expect as many players do is a quality place to play that allows me the right to play however I wish without the fear of someone watching over my shoulder and taking notes if I play on one slot for to long.

Believe me, if a casino looks at my records seriously they will see that I have never nor am an "Advantage Player", if I were, I wouldn't have paid you more than you have paid me........ :(

I am very happy that so many members here stayed with this issue and gave their input as I think it has hopefully made All Jackpots realize they should take precautions in how errors like this can cause a lot of headaches for a lot of people.

I also appreciate that they have restored my accumulated comps, but ultimately appreciate the fact that they have corrected this error. Although it would have been nice to have a better explaination as to why this would occur in the first place, as many players have had this happen and probably still have unanswered questions regarding such actions.

It is great to see something go from not to good to a winning conclusion so quickly. This would not have been possible if not for the winning members here on the forum.

Glad it worked out..most casinos try to pull a fast one on the "winners" with this bonus abuse BS....glad to see the Casinomeister approved ones are on top of their game fixing any problems.
 
Thanks Darkmage, I am very pleased as well with the results and how things were handled so well.

I did receive also a personal phone call from Dave the Rep yesterday wanting to confirm with me that all was well. I appreciate the personal follow up over the phone.

Obviously mistakes can and do happen even when dealing with an accredited casino. But this has shown me that it is better to not be angry about it and just present my case in a clear and reasonable manner and we will find people such as AussieDave and Dave the Rep and many others coming to the rescue.

It was nice that Dave the Rep called me at home personally for a follow up. This shows me that even those of us that are small depositors are just as respected and cared about as the big depositor.
