    My All jackpots casino was create on 2009, and my first depsoite of $25 was made on Nov 27 2010(no bonus was claimed) . In result i roll up my bankroll to $450, and request a payout.
    While waiting for the payout to process. i aware that my account has been locked.i contact there live chat support and the reason for account lock is the country i reside is not accepted.So i decided to contact the live chat again as anonymous to confirm that. The blw is quoted from the chat
    Me: beofre i depsoite i just want to confirm withdrawing and withdraw to ecocard is ok
    Me: the casino is accpeting hong kong player to deposite via ecocard right?
    Leena: one moment please
    Leena: Yes it's possible :)
    Me: ok so deposite and withdraw via ecocard is fine
    Leena: yes it's fine, "

    So is there anyway that i get my winning, or what i can do to resolve this, thank you

    @ric424: no offense man but you need to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. If you had, as you claimed you have when you signed off on your Pitch-A-Bitch form, you would know that all of the following are errors that are either going to delay, and could possibly scuttle, your Pitch-A-Bitch:
    • haven't contacted the casino rep (Jackpot Factory).
    • haven't given a proper 'contact' email address (Hotmail doesn't cut it).
    • have already posted the issue on the forums.

    What you need to do is:
    • do contact the casino rep, that should always be you first step.
    • do give me a proper 'contact' email address as specified in the Pitch-A-Bitch form and/or the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.
    • stop posting here on the forums about your issue until the Pitch-A-Bitch process has run it's course.

    Not to worry, just leave it but (as you will now know from the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ) further posting while the PAB is in progress is a bad idea.

    I'll add your new email address to the PAB form.

    Do contact the casino representative, [profile]Jackpot Factory[/profile] via Private Message. If they are unable to resolve your issue for you then email me to let me know what happened and I'll (probably) proceed with the PAB from there.
