All Club World Casinos excluded me from Promotion

    Hello, i Play Long Time (more Years) in all Club World Casinos.

    Now i have a little Win and Club World excluded me from all Casinos (CWC,Buzzluck,Lucky Red, All Star Slots) Promotion (no deposit Bonus,no Free Spins, no Free Chips, nothing).

    The reason they give is that they changed their tier system. Regardless of how long you have been a member....you get reduced to the ridiculous..in bonus offers....this has been in effect for the last few months....Please check other threads regarding this change.....

    It is good that other accredited casinos still offer their loyal, longtime players, good offers, so no need to deposit much at Clubworld any longer...

    Money can walk just as quick as terms and offers change...don't like the offers...or non offers..don't play there. Just my thoughts on this...

    Could you please elaborate on this? Would be interesting to know how you took the bonuses in the past. Have you done straight deposits? Have you used free-chips in more of their casinos, etc.?

    I'm pretty sure I've been bonus banned at iNetbet, although they tell me I haven't. I made a couple of deposits with no bonus after getting the dreaded "this is just a friendly heads up" email and decided to try a small bonus. I got the message that I was excluded from this bonus. I tried a couple of other bonuses just to see and it said the same thing. I wrote to customer support and was told I was not excluded. Then when I tried again it just says the bonus cannot be used at this time, call customer service.

    I don't understand this propensity to cut people off when they use a bonus with each deposit. They offer bonuses every day, every month, you can use them more than once, once a day, etc. But use them and try to withdraw and you get slapped down. It pains me to see that Club World is also doing this, if that's what this thread is all about. If they don't want people to use bonuses then why offer so many??? It's not as if they are just giving us the money - we have to get through the playthroughs before we can cash out. If they were offering free money with no playthroughs I could understand but we have to deposit AND make the playthroughs. It gives me a little more playing time and more often than not I don't cash anything out. However, when I cashed out at iNetbet the other day I only cashed out $500 when I could have cashed out much more. It's too hard to cash out now so I cashed out the maximum with paymycard and played off the rest. They're making it hard to even want to play there any more. Can't use a bonus - can't cash out more than once a week using paymycard and can't cash out more than once a month without paying through the nose. I just cashed out a small amount at Jackpot Capital - costs me $9.00 and after 48 hours, the money is mine. Club World raised their deposit amount and I've found it a little hard to deal with that but I'm doing it. I usually take a bonus with my deposit - not sure I'll do that even though they send me emails telling me to.

    Sorry about the long post - I'm feeling frustrated that after all these years of being a faithful customer at iNetbet that they continue to treat me this way. Maybe it's time to say goodbye.

    That sucks after being loyal they ban you. You know accepting the bonus obviously ties the player to WR which should normally benefit the casino, by not allowing the player to cashout until the WR is clear which means if you hit early there is a very good chance it goes away, now of course you could go on a streak and win more, but really how often does that happen.

    You are certainly right about most places offering daily bonuses to anyone and yes indeed it is really unfair for a very loyal player to not be able to claim.

    I got bonus banned at Aladdin's gold, after multiple deposits over years, and then finally hit a random.

    I'm not bonus banned at other properties, but the offers give me less chance usually than a straight up deposit.

    Clubworld Group is trustworthy, if you like them a lot, deposit without bonuses as ask them to review a few months from now.

    But honestly, non-cashable bonuses, reduced loyalty and comps, they probably did you a favour.

    Payout times are good, you might consider non bonus play.

    I like the increased play a bonus gives me, but they don't really increase your chance of winning overall IMO.

    Casinos frequently confused someone that got lucky with someone that has figured out how to beat the house.

    You could contact the rep and plead your case. Not Clubworld group, but I lost all bonuses at an RTG and made several good faith deposits and was restored. I continue to play most deposits without a bonus because honestly, I have a better chance of a withdrawal, except for my own character flaw of the the meeting WR is a withdrawal point, as opposed to just keeping playing. But I get loyalty and some free chips, and take the occasional bonus.

    It is totally within the casino's right to deny you future bonuses as long as they don't owe you any money.

    I was also bonus banned at Club World recently probably because of too much wins in the last few months.
    What makes thing worse is that they also made my comp points unavailable. Not only for future comp points, but the ones I earned earlier.

    I made a couple of deposits since that, but no change, so I will just move on.

    That just sounds strange to me. I'd hate to think you'd be bonus banned because you won. And I've never heard of casinos taking away legitimately earned comp points? If you are depositing, and especially if you're not using bonuses, why would they do that? Have you asked?

    I have asked chat support earlier. They did not say I am bonus banned, just said that I am not eligible for any promotion.

    I have used their bonuses almost with all my deposits. In the past it was not an issue as I had only a few winnings, but recently lady luck favored me and I had at least 3-4 bigger wins (1-2000 USD each).

    This is what online chat told me today (just checked to be sure):

    Kirsty: ok unfortunately due to your style of play, your account is excluded form redeeming comp points

    Kirsty: this decision has been made by management i'm afraid

    zoleebacsi: Hmm, what does that mean?

    zoleebacsi: my style of play?

    Kirsty: im afraid that is all we can advise in support, you are welcome to email your VIP host in promotions and they can provide more details?

    How is bonus banned different from excluded from promotions? And why do they just ban...uh...exclude you with no warning? iNetbet sent me an email telling me I was not excluded or banned yet none of the coupons work, so isn't that the same thing? I think moving on is the right advice. I'm kinda tired of the iNetbet shenanigans and I never thought I'd say that.

    It is fancier to say that I am excluded from promotion than to say I am bonus banned.

    They did not send mail as they thought I would realize it anyway when trying to use a bonus code.

    You play at the casino, lose your money and you'll be lavished with Bonuses.
    But if you can find a winning road come it's over.
    Since the casino is looking for a time and already you get all bonuses removed.
    That just so happens without the casino reports to you or warning yourself

    I have bevor 2 Years win a Random Jackpot 2500 USD in InetBet and the next Day is my Account Flagged (banned from all Promotionen) This is still the case today.
    And now is the same in Club World Casinos and the last win in Club World is 300 USD.

    Being told your not bonus banned but not eligible for bonus is just plain wrong, But than to have any comp points taken of you is even worse, & not able to advice you ?

    If casino do not want you to give bonus than they simply should not offer, Even if you did get a win than others are surely losing, The odds are in the casino's favour anyway,

    I have heard about comp points being blocked before & is not good,

    To be honest, I asked if I am bonus banned which they did not deny just said I am excluded from the promotions. So it was just playing with the words (I guess the ban sounds worse than the excluded).

    To be fair, they have not sent any promotion mail to me since the "exclusion".
