Good to see these guys going for BBF!

Although I have not played in the last couple of months here, I have however made a good few deposits in the past so have some experience of them.

Reasonable offers for low rollers via e-mail (once/twice a week) although these have dropped right off in recent times but this could be due to my inactivity??

Smooth game play and I had once technical problem with a bonus right at the start of my membership which Amber (how ironic for an IR lover?) sorted for me straightaway via chat.

Aware thanks to another experienced member that you're allowed one casino account over their whole group, which as long as players are aware of also then should not encounter any problems.

35xWR on bonuses and FS which is more than fair these days!! and they have send quite a handful of no deposit stuff out during my time there also.

Had dealings on more than one occasion with their previous rep, Jan who was always very helpful and responsive towards me. (General queries NOT problems)

Overall 8/10 from me and worthy of a fair crack of the whip :thumbsup:

Well i just checked and also saw that the Welcome Bonus is only available if your not using Skrill or Neteller... So i will not deposit... I only use Skrill and i don't get it why bonuses should not be available for people using E-Wallets as it's the easiest and cheapest way for deposits/withdrawals not just for the player but also for the casino

When logged in, if you look at the top left of the home page where the balance information is displayed and then 'hover' the mouse over the bonus part it will show the outstanding WR.

Always calculated as 35x for me personally whether &age or FS based, may have changed without me knowing tho as I mentioned in my previous post, I've not played for a couple of months at ABC.
 
Just registered to try them out but it got an email saying I already have an account with one of the partners, didnt ring a bell so went through them all with my email and it turns out im registered at polder casino which is all in dutch!!! I do not recall ever playing here and certainly wont be as I cant understand a bloody word so no idea why I'm registered lol

The only thing I don't like is when you have a withdrawal pending you cannot make a fresh deposit to take advantage of a FS offer but would have to reverse your withdrawal :( I think it's better ( If you have to have a PP!) to be allowed to make a fresh deposit like at 32Red.

It is correct that if you deposit via Neteller or Skrill it will not activate the welcome bonus. This is a decision made by the L&L Europe group across all their casinos. The reasoning is down to previous issues where people have been abusing the welcome bonus. So measures were put in place to protect the business. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please note that depositing via these means will activate all our regular player promotions, just not the welcome bonus.

However in this instance I would be willing to look into your account and pass it onto our management team to see if we can get the bonus manually credited when you make your first deposit. If you would like to give this a go, please PM we your details.

Haven't tried All British, but have tried another L&L casino(NorskeAutomater) and they have always been great to me. Wish you would get a bit larger selection of games though :)

I understand your frustration regarding the restrictions placed on your account at All British. However I believe my colleague Jan did a good job in explaining the process beyond such a decision, and I am happy with the situation. Please note that such decisions are made to protect our business, because at the end of the day we are a business, and these bonuses do come at quite a cost.

I also believe that fact we sent you an email in advance of any deposits you were potentially going to make, preventing you from doing so expecting a bonus, was good practice on behalf of our team. As mentioned in the thread you initially started, many others were not notified until deposits were made. Meaning that they still had to wagering what they deposited at least once, without the reward they were expecting.

Further to this, the email was sent back in March, and circumstance with your account may have changed. If you would like to have your account looked into and possibly re-evaluated, please PM me your details. I cant promise a change on your account restrictions, but can promised it will be looked into.

I can confirm that, as per usual with all things All British, you are correct. All bonuses come with WR x35, and any winnings from free spins are creditied in the form of a bonus, which then need to be wagered x35.

With regards to not being able to make a deposit whilst a pending withdrawal is in place, I can appreciate your frustrations. We appreciate the feedback and like to fact that you want to deposit again to take part of our promotions, but this policy will remain in place for the foreseeable future. Also apart from the example you have iven, we find this to be industry standard across many casinos.

The advice I can offer in the meantime, is to cancel any pending withdrawals then deposit, or contact the 24/7 support team (via live chat, email, or phone) and let them know you predicament and they may be able to suggest a viable outcome good for all parties.

I've read Nicolas post about UK players ineligible to play at multiple casinos across the L&L group.

What is your general policy regarding that and are there different regulations for different countries?

Sorry to hear that you were temporarily banned, but glad the issue was resolved. To confirm it is correct that you can only have one accoutn across all the L&L Europe casinos, this is due to our licensing.

I can confirm all the bonuses are indeed x35 WR. When you are rewarded with free spins, the winning from these spins are credited to your account in the form of bonus, which in turn has to be wagered x35.
