I had a bash, managed a small withdraw to test the waters but its sitting there in limb, Unsure if need documents etc? One thing I hate is waiting a few days than being asked, Unsure if this will be the case

I actually withdrawn from a new playing site the other day and instant email about withdraw and than said about docs, So they gave me fair warning albeit I may of not needed to send,

All games running smooth and easy to navigate, One thing I noticed is that blue bar at the bottom blocking the game, there should be an option to hide this,

Ok, well what can I say? Another great casino group,

I had an email the other day about the football promo, I nether knew they had a promo going, This is when you want emails sent :)

Deposit £10 for 30 free spins and the most won in free spins win 1k bonus x10 wager, Belive it or not I like a gamble so deposited 10 quid, spins was no where to be seen, After taliking to live help there was some kind of tech issue, I will be emailed withen 24hrs, Next morning I did wake up to an email and the free spin s was giving to me in bonus money and the they would count towards the promo, I did not win much so I dout I won,

Could they have sorted it out better? Yes they could of at least put the money in the cash balance or at least help could of added it there and than, But at least Live help was friendly and was emailed as promised, Most sites would not of and believe me when I say that,

I really believe this is a great group from my experience so far, It cannot be easy to get into the market now days, Not with all the casinos that are about, A few more emails wouldn't go a miss

Was told to clear cache etc, which is annoying as hell considering they knew there were problems, so was extremely unlikely to be that causing it. Then was told they should be there in an hour, they weren't. Back to chat, oh give it another couple of hours, same, try again in morning, they weren't. Next morning support act as if I'm the first person to have complained, then finally added the spins to bonus funds and told me I could play any game and I would be entered into the comp from the winnings from whatever I played, which made no sense as firstly, how would they know which team I picked, and secondly I could pick a lower variance game to try to maximise the winning chance.

Having problems with these again, even though my account is showing as verified apparently I still needed to upload a skrill screenshot. So a withdraw just sat there for 24 hours as I had no email about it, even though one was sent apparently.

You can't make a second withdrawal when one is pending.

You can't make a deposit when one is pending, meaning I couldn't take part in the football competition. Was encouraged on more than one occasion to reverse the withdrawal, which personally I think is terrible, and goes against responsible gaming.

Live chat was terrible blaming the 'can't deposit' message on cookies etc, how on earth can not clearing cache and cookies cause a message never seen before to display. Then blamed on device so even tried using a new one, funnily enough got the same message.

Also, something seems extremely dodgy about the football competition but won't go into that until/if Ryan responds to my pm.

With regards to the negative experience you had with ur CS team, I believe our CS manager, Laura, has been in touch to explain what happened and the actions we have since taken to make sure it doesn't happen again. We work tirelessly to make sure our CS team are all as knowledgeable as possible and know how to deal with all complaints and queries. In your case this unfortunately was not the case. The CS members involved has since been retrained to prevent such issues arising again. I would also like to let you know that we don't share our support team with another casinos and they are all native English speaking.

If there is anything that I have missed or you have any further queries, please let me know.

I've not used All British for some time, but didn't really rate them as very good due to issues on initial sign up and deposit bonuses just afterwards, which I never got sorted. I'd never bothered posting about it previously as it just sounds like a whinge (which of course it is!), instead I simply voted with my feet and went elsewhere, but when i spotted this thread I thought it was time to get it off my chest.

In fairness, it wasn't massive deal. I had issues a couple of times getting free spins when depositing and had to contact LC. On two occasions I was cut off after telling the adviser what the issue was and instead decided to log a ticket, which never got answered.... But on top of that, the site was all over the place, timing out, dead links, games not loading, it was a painful experience.

If it wasn't for the fact the Casinomeister ratings are quite high I wouldn't have even bothered replying now and would have just written them off as second rate, perhaps i just caught them on a bad month!
 
I was surprised that they do not allow the initial deposit bonus if you want to play live casino. In fact it is withdrawn as quickly as they added it. So for me no bonus.

Is that not misleading? Firstly you don't state what a premium symbol is, and secondly, you won't be doubling any winnings. The only symbols that pay £100 on a £1 stake are 9/10/J/Q which presumably aren't premium, therefore even a full screen of K or A will result in a £150 win and that won't be doubled. Premium symbols obviously pay more.

What if we set these kind of promo's, as they are running every month on basically all casinos to:

low
mid
high (rollers)

And set a prize per range of bet sizes?

But what if for low we required 20p bets and a max win of £100? Is that still attractive for you?

Can be organized from May: just drop the feedback :)!

When i said the above, and reading your comment again... The first thing that came to mind:

This might not be great from a responsible gaming point of view. Ok we did do some calculations with our volume and the promo just adds a little bit to the RTP of the game (if 100% of the players claim their reward).
So after @Jono777 I was thinking: we might move players from their comfort zone (given the bet size) to an uncomfortable zone.
And the problem is: if you hit big while playing with a bet size you feel in general uncomfortable with, after a big win this will become your default bet size. While your salary or gaming budget might not even cover that.

I think it's better we switch gears and offer these challenges on various levels !
