All British Casino Source of Wealth Issue

Newbie member
Hello I’ve been with All British and had no issues with them taking my deposits and the odd withdrawal over the past 4 months. I came into some money from an insurance payout recently and deposited £1900 yesterday (11/04/21) and made a withdrawal of £512 after some play. My account is fully verified but I received an email requesting source of funds/wealth which I supplied to them via email.

Live chat are saying my review is in a queue with no indication of timeframes etc. Normally I wouldn’t engage with them but seeing the increasing number of people in a similar situation as me, thought I’d flag All British as employing these practices along with the rest of the Malta crowd.

Any All British reps on here please get in touch with me to resolve this ridiculous issue or I’ll close my account within 24 hours,

Cheers

Oli

Why not take the initiative and contact the reps yourself?
The rep page: iGaming reps
The rep you want: @L&L-Jan, @RyanABC (scratch that, he's left ABC)

That's not very cool. Try them to see what assistance you get. IF they drop the ball then fine, say so, but slagging them for something that MIGHT happen isn't what these forums are for.

Thread title changed accordingly.

I’ve been around long enough to know it’s best to preempt these things, apologies if I came off as abrupt but I just want this resolved with as little impact on my mental health as poss

Well, not here. You are supposed to contact the rep FIRST. That's why they are here. Complain later if it's called for.

Okay. Well I’m sorry for not knowing the correct process of raising an ongoing issue with a casino (whether you deem it an issue or not). I’m new here

I should add that it's part of the basic Forum Rules. It is assumed that any new member will have read those Rules because in the sign-up procedure you state that you have:

How can the above be bullshit? Do you usually deposit 1900 at all British? Or smaller amounts?

It was a mix of 250, 300 and 500 deposits, which yes I have done in the past with no WD. But now I cashed out 500 with a 3k balance they decide to do a SOW, withholding my WD and forcing me to put time outs on my account so I don’t play with my balance

So you deposit 4 times your usual deposit in one go and not the usual smaller deposits could be the reason of sow check or maybe you hit the trigger after 4 months of playing

Nah you misinterpreted me... the £1900 consisted of 250 300 & 500 deposits... it wasn’t a lump sum, obviously ?

If you did a £2.5k turnover in 24 hours, then I'm guessing in the months you have had the account it is much higher. If they use thresholds then you have probably hit that, and thats why the SoW was requested.
Not great but if you play with Maltese casinos this is going to happen all the time. I will say I found their SoW the least intrusive out of all the casinos who have sent me one, to the extent, they are the only casino I've done it with, so it might not be too bad.

I wish the casinos would get together and challenge the UKGC on stuff like this, rather than saying 'how high' every time they are asked to jump.

It’s all conjecture at this stage. The point of this post was to speed up the process, I’ll update once Jan responds

They are still sizeable deposits.

your average casual player is unlikely to deposit 300 or 500 a pop. I’ve never ever made a deposit greater than £50 in 10 years.
Like he said conjecture their is a lot of incomplete information to this

I’ve said the same myself Colin. I’ve no idea why some kind of work together tactic isn’t implemented to push back against the UKGC some. It’s all very one sided at present as you say.
