I more guess that this is how EU wants it to work as Malta has been targeted by its MONEYVAL investigation. Before Moneyval investigation there was no questions asked. Now its impossible to do anything...

I went through my scenario with the man and he put me on hold to check exactly as he didnt want to miss inform me, but for my case (All British asking for my business account and my Mrs bank accounts as there is money transferred to my personal account that I used to deposit) he told me they dont have any right to ask for it as it wasnt used to deposit directly to them.

I'll keep this updated once I get a bit further down the line with my Solicitor and make some progress towards Court action.

It is good to know you can take the casino to a court for this, really looking forward to hearing the progress, hope you can get your money plus all the legal fee you have to pay.

Though it is surprising to hear UKGC is not going to do anything with this issue, the casinos that UKGC gives the licence has T&C/policy that is against UK law, but all they suggest is the player takes the the casino to court. As far as I know, if any other business such as real estate, banking ect has policy that is against the law, they are ordered to change the policy, but I guess that is not the case with gambling business.

Anyway good luck with your lawsuit, hope it will be resolved very soon.

Im sure UKGC will trigger an assessment on them instead and in that way find a way to punish them if they done anything wrong.
