All British Casino & Issues with a cashout

So I've refused to give a bank statement to All British casino and theyve now responded with this. Just a warning to anyone else that could end up in this scenario. They Will not process the withdrawal unless I provide a bank statement, even if I close my account they will not pay.

This is normal now days with most casinos

Just do the same as advised in the many other SoW threads with other casinos.
Make it clear you aren't supplying any further documentation, and tell them to follow the AML procedures in regards to reporting and paying out when authorised to.
Having said that, and not knowing whats gone on previously, but supplying a bank statement isn't particularly out of the ordinary, and if you aren't prepared to do so, then you may as well stop gambling online as you are going to hit this over and over again.

Though the issue here is that they're saying that they still won't payout if he closes the account. Which I'm not sure is within the rules - @L&L-Jan will be able to confirm I think!

Which is why I said to specifically state he isn't going to supply more documents :)
Again though, there isn't any information in whats happened to this point, I'm assuming it's basic SoW, it could be bonus fraud or something for all we know.

As it states in their reply Ive already told them I'm not providing them what they require. And I've told them I'll close my account, theres nothing untoward going on, I've never used a bonus and my withdrawal is simply being refused because I wont supply a bank statement.

I was talking to him last week to try and resolve the issue but hes taken 6 days to even reply to me despite being active on here everyday since. Seemed very helpful for the first day then stopped replying

He's always helpful, just sometimes he needs a prod. He gets a LOT of message from us lot I suspect ;)

However, as it stands - you really should provide the ID they have requested. There's no casino under a UKGC licence that isn't going to ask for it at some point.

I'm not privvy to what they can see so can't comment if it is reasonable, however as I say, you are going to have problems if you play elsewhere and won't supply a bank statement.
How long have you been a member there, what deposit methods have you used? How many deposits and total amount of deposits and withdrawals. Are you turning the funds over more than once before trying to withdraw?
They are all things that could change the way they are looking at things (plus plenty of others, but they are the common ones)

They are all things that could change the way they are looking at things (plus plenty of others, but they are the common ones)

You're kind of missing the point, it's a very simple case that I wont supply a bank statement and they wont pay without it, even if I close my account. I'm just letting others know as in the past it's always been the case that if you close your account they have to pay out

Usually the only reason a casino won’t pay-out without the ID they ask for is that there is a concern over the source of the funding.

could be a simple thing like a mismatch between your registered name and the details on your credit file.

Realistically, the easiest solution is to give them what they asked for. You can argue the rights and wrongs all you want (and I’d tend to agree that many requests are too much, but that’s the licensing, not the casino), but realistically - take a photo of what they want, and you’ll almost certainly have the money within 24 hours. Usually less.

AllBritish are good and trustworthy.

then, once you have your money, close your account if you wish. But remember that every site registered in the UK is going to ask for that info at some point.

Then you’ll be left just with the Curacao-market sites, who will ask for far more info and will be a lot less trustworthy with it.

Theres no mismatch of anything, they simply want to see my bank statements as part of SOW checks, And as I've said I wont supply them, theres a question on my part as to how i suddenly triggered that to happen when my account was previously minus more money than on the day they decided to ask for SOW, which was conveniently asked for 1 hour after I'd requested a withdrawal but that seems irrelevant according to them.

Bottom line is no bank statement and they wont pay out, which I always believed wasnt within the UKGC guidelines.....🤗
