All British Casino - I need help with friend's withdrawal

My friend joined All British Casino a few months ago, at first it was fine and his withdrawals were processed instantly. He then tried to withdraw £2500.00 of which he then got a message saying they need more documents from him. He sent them his bank statements as asked and because I transferred money to him at one point they asked for mine. We provided them and he has been waiting a month for the money to be released. Since then they have closed his account and told him they can provide no further feedback other than his account is still being reviewed. He has sent several complaints of which not had one response. He his sat there worrying that his money could be gone and they won’t give it back? It’s crazy how a company can get away with this. Anyone know what he can do to sort this? He’s not very good with things like this hence why I am writing.

Have you check his pulse ? Couple of months is long time.. :confused:

Might be correct Jono but I'll just say, a few times over the years (in general life) I've stepped in for people I know and corresponded on their behalf. Mostly because the person doesn't have the confidence to do it themselves, feels overwhelmed, or just simply because I happen to be a better communicator.

Never fair to pass judgement before knowing the full facts IMO. For every nefarious individual there is a genuine one and the genuine one should never be put off having an input on the forum for genuine issues.

Hi @Help1, yes to be fair your friend needs to contact me directly. Players that do not comply with SOW/SOF will be banned after 30 days. This ban can be lifted of course when docs are provided and the process is completed.

Won't say how i know, but there's a market there for you to make a few quid with that, should you so wish.

Not really sure what you mean by multi accounting? Just to confirm yes your very wrong, turn your alarms and bells off because they are clearly not working. Problem has been solved now but thank you for the useless help, it’s much appreciated
