All British Casino, how easy the verification proccess is?

What I cannot understand is why we are STILL having to faff around manually sending proof of address.

At many casinos now, especially UK based ones, a drivers license is all the documentation you need as I'm guessing most is done electronically.

Why, in 2020, are casinos still asking for so many documents?

It’s crazy; when I get my Council Tax letter in at the start of April my first thought isn’t ‘oh, how much?’but ‘Christ, better get those 4 corners in shot before someone asks me for it’

Don’t know why as a company you’d want to store all this data; privacy/GDPR issues and general security etc.

It’s not usually normal.
Are you verified or got to the sow stage?
Have you asked chat or contacted the rep?
also what deposit method did you use mate?..

Dont want to go into too much as I want it resolved ,they wanted some more info off me but I never
recieved the email asking for it.I sent the normal docs for verification and that went through fine.
Probably on the first SOW stage now.Filled a form out and sent copy of my bank statement but they are
still not processing the withdrawal.I know they have to adhere to the the regs but I feel I am being held to ransom.We are not talking massive numbers but I lost quite a few deposits and got a bit back which
is stuck in the account.I do of course have the option of reversing the withdrawal, so much for responsible
gaming.Hopefully it can be sorted soon.

A few times I'd had it that their emails have never arrived - last one was at CasinoCasino where they said it was still pending but would process once they received the info in the email; which i never got: even with it being resent i still never got, so had to just say 'you may tell me what's in it':laugh:

In the past I’ve had a few doc request go into spam
From all British sounds silly but did you check spam

My withdrawal has now been processed and I have closed the account,I could rant and rave but that
would be pointless, best thing I can say is make very sure you read the terms of any new casino
you join, make sure that you are prepared to submit as many documents as they need or understand
the actions that will be taken if you cant or wont submit them.

Sorry to hear shadow, but these things are not up to me. We only asked for a payslip or tax return? But i can understand you were not willing to share, i would have the same stand to be honest. But this is the gambling world now im afraid.

Yup tiz the way, I am sure you dont want all the regs any more than we do,I did provide absolute proof
of the source of income used to make the deposits but they still asked for more,It was just too much.
Getting very tired of it all and think my gaming days are numbered.Thanks for your help BTW

Not as long as 27hrs but was the same at another in the group - pretty ridiculous, don't know why they can't just queue them: good way to avoid the 'no reversal rule' cos u can't make it to the withdrawal stage :laugh:

Its been a while since I played there my withdrawals used to be processed between 7 and 9 am.
But 1 pending withdrawal is just crooked IMHO to quote our old friend Ben "avoid them Malta clip joints" even WH processed instantly now fss

It’s always been like this only one at a time. Mine were around 24 hours sometimes up to 30 for me towards the end of playing there but I think that’s Cos they don’t have a massive payments team it’s quite small still but I would say they are trustworthy

well, the payments team has grown the last weeks and covid backlog has been dealt with.

We process twice a day, morning and evening. Therefore it seems very odd if a withdrawal remains pending for over a day, unless additional documents are required (e.g. use of a new card).

But you can always reach out so that I can look in to it.

The drama continues it wasn't processed due to having to verify my account even tho I had no notification of this.
Spoke to Jan yesterday sent the docs off proof of address rejected sent of a letter from the bank 2, mins after this received an email from another staff member asking for all docs for verification (wtf)
Radio silence until this morning email asking for another pic of the front of bank card (why wasn't I asked for this yesterday when the proof of address was rejected) cpl hours later gets informed they have all been sent of to the verified by the relavent department
5 days pending for a £50 withdrawal (it should have been £100 (but your only allowed ONE pending withdrawl at a time)
So the other 50 got spunked the 1 pending withdrawal served its purpose.

L and L are really getting their act together,and Jan is helping push that along! I am still disappointed in not having PayPal but my card withdrawals are hitting my bank the same day provided I withdrew before late afternoon/early evening. After some teething problems regarding payment with card I cannot really complain.
