That's 27h wasted for someone who tried to fool us, has no business value and demotivates agents. Technically commited fraud and forgery too. Blaming us we don't follow regulations. Sending me direct emails on Saturdays stating so too.

And it is always the same: those who shout the loudest and show no patience have something to hide.

I feel your pain, sadly these type of situations are not that uncommon and generally involve several departments.
