You will not speed things up by venting here constantly. It's achieving nothing.

Unfortunately still no update. It's apparently with complaints. I did raise a ticket at the very start regards to kyc. Obviously this was sorted by me giving kyc. Complaints reached final decision on complaint. Re kyc
Staff have been great since I've stopped being so much of an arse. Go figures. I have since officially requested my complaint to be withdrawn.
I've still no explanation though to why the winnings or deposits are being held unless they have to go through the process..I don't know this hasn't happened before so I'm quite in the dark.
I think just an odd update now and again would be helpful just to keep the customer informed.
Looks like it's my fault for jumping the gun and getting hotheaded.

This is probably not what you want to hear, but you just need to let the investigation run its course.

Asking for frequent updates on the matter will take the team away from doing what they need to do.
 
Matter is resolved, deposits were returned as card used doesn't belong to OP but to a 3rd party who frankly enough is her sister who is self-excluded on our end.

But ey, we did everything wrong. We broke the ukgc rules by holding a withdrawal. We asked for standard KYC after a withdrawal of £2100 which is also against the rules.

Funny that the actual twitter username was actually her sisters name.

I haven't Said you've done wrong I said lack of communication and check your messages I stated regarding names. It's all sorted now

Money laundering what are you on about!! Nothing being laundered. I have taken all posts down all this was regarding communication it's sorted
 
You were using a bank card that does not belong to you.
It raises several questions.
You've actually no idea re banking situation so please don't insinuate that I laundering money I wouldn't even know where to start! This is now resolved which is all I asked for and a line has been drawn again all I asked for.
I hold my hands up and apologise I didn't actually realise the ins and outs I still stand by communication issues however all the media has been taken down as agreed and it's resolved.

You'd have to refer me to the correct section on the UKGC site, but you would never pass the KYC as the bank card does not belong to you.

I've apologised already for the hassle I gave them. And does as agreed and taken down my ranting. You can insinuate a you want but I'm telling you now I'm no thief. I don't live in ozark. The wrong doings I've done is lost my shit! The terms and conditions I've obviously overlooked on. When you have someone named on everyone of your documents for health reasons I didn't think through. They've been sent an email about this. The deposits have now been received. As they agreed 👍 so again I apologise for any hassle that has been caused by my outbursts. My personal opinions on the matter will remain personal opinions and in my eyes the matter is resolved.

The issue is that you have not been straight from the start - in your initial posts, you never mentioned that you had deposited using someone elses card

If you had mentioned that, we could have told you straight from the start what the outcome would have been - but there has been a lot of negativity towards L&L/ABC which is completley unwarranted as you did not provide all of the details you should have done initially

Just make sure in the future if you do use online casinos, only deposit in a card in your name otherwise you will run into the same problems

I had a suspicion from the start that there'd be a payment method red flag involved but didn't want to throw any accusations out. Looks like the correct and fairest outcome has been reached and this thread can go to sleep soon

I hope Jan is getting some rest and relaxation. If I was Dutch just picturing how much better my public transport and bike infrastructure is compared to America would be a good calming exercise 💪
