All british casino- delayed withdrawal

Ever since I smashed them years ago (2016) with a £1k bet on Chez Vegas to win at Doncaster at 50/1 they have been horrendous with me.
Is that another pseudonym of the OP? 😂

For me, the logic for additional checks was valid and I think the way you've been hounding their support/staff is disrespectful.

While it would be nice to get extra expeditious treatment due to your situation, casinos don't have to do that. It's also entirely possible people have pretended to be terminally ill to try and speed up their withdrawals and as a result they have to disregard such comments even from actually ill people.

Some places take 1-2 weeks for even just normal verification and withdrawal so it's a little bit privileged to be making such a fuss over a week or less, especially with an account that has had additional checks due to multiple discrepancies.

L&L are one of the good outfits here in the online land of casinos and they deserve a bit more respect and patience than your average casino.

I'm just taking this down. I wanted help or some answers clearly it's not the place to be. I'm just forgetting about this one and take it as a loss. If it lands in my bank great if not ah well. Does anyone know how I can take it down?

You can’t take it down yourself, you can request for it to be deleted but I think that’s only if you want to be removed completely from the site. As Andy said, there’s no problem leaving this here for Jan to respond to.

It's a public forum not a chat app, so unless a very compelling reason exists, things remain. This is not to annoy you, but because others have taken the time to reply and it invalidates their content as well as your own, leaves their comments out of context.

If you ignore the thread, it will simply drop away.

P.S. The chezza breaks bit hasn't been because it's simply a variant of your public username here with a slightly different spelling- a theme that seems to run through this topic.

You have been told clearly that soon enough you will be paid either the deposits if the account transpires to be unsatifactory, or the whole balance if it is verified.

This is an award-winning rep, he won't lie to you. You'll get one or t'other and therefore won't be out of pocket either way.

The number of people trying to use the "I'm self excluded now, you must pay me my winnings" excuse is very frustrating and the GC article should be updated to say "If there are no outstanding regulatory requirements, your funds should be returned." AML checks, particularly when there's an uncertainty on name/identity take priority over any Safer Gambling legislation.

Hence my Hmmm post lol, couldn't be arsed with a long post that night.

Not that I'd ever wish ill health, misery or frustration on anyone, these situations could and should be easily avoided IMO :)

I’ve known Dun for many years. His birth name was Duncan Patrick Over but his footy pals called him Dun so he used the same name on here. He only uses Patrick when he’s in trouble with the police.

Fair enough but has he more than one. My own daughter calls me chezlong, my husband I won't put on here, sister calls me chez, mates chezza.
I do try keep usernames and passwords all different less likely to be scammed or recieve illicit mail.
Either way had I of know an email address or usernames what ever it is I'd of kept them consistent. Lesson learnt on my part.

Tried private messaging jan yesterday I had one response but no reply since but he's replying on the thread...
 
He gets things done, more importantly players paid thanks to him and he is ultra helpful.

Joking aside, its quite good that it is set up that way Jan - I would assume that when a complaint is raised, you get locked out (to an extent) so the complaint gets someone compleley independent to the whole process to look at it?
