Hello! I registered with Casumo and received a 200% bonus, after which I successfully lost my deposit. After a while, I had a desire to make a new deposit, but Casumo at that time did not accept players from Russia. 2 days ago I received a letter from Casumo with a bonus of 400% on my mail, I thought it was a mistake, but after entering the casino I realized that Casumo was accepting players from Russia again. I made a deposit of 10 euros and received a total of 50 euros to my account. I played in the Dead or Alive slot, then moved to slot 300 Shiled and got a win in the bonus game of 3,800 euros. After this win, I successfully fulfilled all the terms of the bonus and applied for 3600 euros for Skrill. The casino asked me to verify the account, I fulfilled all the conditions for the documents. I do not own an apartment, so I could not provide a utility bill and went to the bank to send an extract from the bank. As a result, my account was fully verified and the casino asked to make a request for payment. Then I made a new application to pay 3,600 euros to the Skrill payment system. Joy overwhelmed me, and I was impatiently waiting for the payment on my Skrila. Initially, I wanted to make a withdrawal of money to a bank account, but unfortunately Casumo casino does not provide an opportunity to pay winnings to a bank account for players from Russia.

Today at 12:59 I received a letter stating that I had violated Casumo's casino rules, namely 6.7

Hello,

After further study of your account.
This is a clear violation of our T & C, about which you agreed. We removed all winnings, as they were created with a bonus.

6.7. Bonuses / free scrolls in Casumo can only be received once per person, home, IP address (including public networks), device number and / or credit / debit card number or any other method of deposit used. Requirements for rates Casumo. Risk-free rates. We reserve the right to close your account and confiscate any available funds.

Your deposited funds are still on your Casumo account. You can take them off or continue the game.

Yours faithfully,

Artaud
Ambassador Kasumo

To say that I was shocked to say nothing!

I will immediately say that I used the VPN to bypass the ISP's blocking, but the whole of Russia uses a VPN. Casino Casumo approves and any player from Russia will confirm that using VPN does not limit it in paying out winnings.

After the letter about the violation, I decided to contact the casino support service and they told me that it was not a matter of using VPN, that is, they made it clear that I had violated some other rules that I have no idea about,

Dear Casinomeister, I know that you are very serious about complaints on your website, and I sincerely would like to know the reason for confiscating my winnings, because I am sure that there is nothing that could serve as a write-off of the win in my case. I am ready to provide any documentation, contact the casino via Skype video, etc., That is, I am ready to do anything to prove my honesty. I got the impression that Casumo does not respect players from Russia and treats us prejudiced, I hope that this is not so.

With best regards, Alexander

Why would you play true a VPN?

I made a deposit of 10 euros and received a total of 50 euros to my account

I played in the "Dead or Alive" slot, then moved to slot "300 Shields" and got a win in the bonus game of 3,800 Euro's

No terms broken here.

Terms & Conditions
Bonus funds on 1429 Uncharted Seas, Bloodsuckers, Dead or Alive, Jack Hammer 2, Kings of Chicago and Simsalabim, will not contribute towards the playthrough requirement.

Terms & Conditions
Bonuses/free spins at Casumo can only be received once per person, household, IP address (including shared networks), device and/or credit/debit card number or any other deposit method used. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Casumo’s wagering requirements. We reserve the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of bonus abuse/fraud is found.

So I think "they" cannot be sure you used the bonus multiple times, just use a other VPN + other skrill account, they are quite easy to make.

To be fair you deposited youre documents? ID, pasport, driver license? (maby a picture with youre own head next to the ID???)

I'm not sure how casino's deal with VPN's as they state they need to be sure you only use it for 1 household.

they made it clear that I had violated some other rules that I have no idea about,

Well,in the first place they should at least tell you what you did wrong.
This vague bla bla bla crap doesn't help.
So ask them to state exactly what terms you might have violated and take it from there.

Hi Aleksandr,

First of all, it's against the rules to post a topic before contacting the Casino Representative, which you didn't do.

Can you please send me your Casumo username so I can check what happened.

Regards,

The provider blocks access, all customers of Russia use VPN for Casumo.

My account is fully verified and I can provide any documentation to prove that I am a real person and an honest player!

Existing . I received a personal offer for email with a 400% bonus, so I used it.

That's an incredible offer that I've never heard of them giving out before. I hope it really was personal from them so it wasn't from a spammer.

I do know that you guys have to use a vpn though to be able to play at all. That shouldn't be the reason for denying it. We'll see what they have to say.

Is it against the rules to post or talk about any questionable experiences online? Guess players need to read the rules fully from now on, I would have never thought that rule existed.

I guess you're talking about what the rep for Casumo posted?

I didn't see that he wrote ''topic'' instead of a ''complaint'' :p Don't you dare post anything at all before telling a rep it's about them:eek2:

It doesn't!

The Casumo rep is referring to complaints and disputes, there's nothing stopping the OP from informing us about a matter important to him, or in this case where a general issue like Russian VPNs are concerned. If he takes it up with the rep, or Max then he should go quiet. If what the Casumo rep said was correct then nearly half the threads here would disappear as they have a casino name and/or issue in their title. I can understand the rep being a bit sensitive though, especially after the dodgy affiliate advertising and bullshit social media activities cost Casumo their accreditation. ;);)

Hello,

Max Drayman here, I handle the Complaints side of things at Casinomeister.com

The casino has contacted us regarding your situation and the bottom line is they dispute your claims here and have made serious accusations against you that would significantly impact your case.

Given the situation I'll have to ask that you use our Casino Complaints aka PAB service to let us look into this. Please read the PAB FAQ before you proceed. The FAQ details what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. Submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

If for whatever reason you decide NOT to submit a PAB I'll have to ask that you refrain from further posts on this subject here at Casinomeister. IMO the accusations made by the casino are serious enough to justify this request.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me via email at [email protected] or here on the forums by Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed).

[strike]Having had no response ...[/strike] My bad, PAB received.

Given the PAB now in progress I'm changing the thread title in order to level the playing field here:
  • was: Casumo confiscated a win of 3,600 euros.
  • now: Aleksandr vs Casumo

If the OP's accusations are found to be justified I'll happily restore the original title.

If they knew it was a duplicate account, why not Ban his account sooner, instead of letting him continue to deposit so he would lose more and the casino could rack in his money?

While the OP was caught with his pants down, so are Casumo imho.

Lack of ethical practice and a win win for them. They can now appear like honest brokers since they are giving deposits back.

You mean sooner than before they audited the account to find out it was a fraudster? Yeah, if they had a time machine. :D

Ok true point. But Casino's often immediately know when an account is a duplicate.

I guess him using a VPN circumvented that

My apologies Casumo I suppose

I overlooked the VPN part for a moment.

Wow another one bites the dust.
Seems many complaints from newly registered people in this forum are a pile of shite and it is the player him/herself who was trying to scam. ;)
