With respect, that whole interview reads like a well drafted press release, rather than what it's meant to be.
Why didn't you ask the questions people want to know, like, why have they destroyed immortal romance?

Some interviews will read a little differently; with member interviews for example, we've the luxury to do more back and forth banter as members are generally in the forum; with industry reps there's more finagling with time constraints and availability so often Qs are sent off so those involved can respond as able. :)

Also, it's more about the specific slot so it's bound to have a bit of 'press-release' feel :)

Anywho, regardless, hope some of you enjoy the morning read

Clearly harsh, but what Colin was actually trying to convey was

"Ax sum propor faffin queshtuns will yee, sick iv yor namby pamby interviewin technique yee lily-livered parrot-faced wazzock"

well yes, but its bits like this

Brian: Age of Conquest enables players to visit a time of swords and sorcery for a rich fantasy-themed slot adventure. Set in a distant high mountain range during the time of legends, an epic battle between forces of light and darkness plays out at the foot of a formidable castle. Elemental forces vie for control over a mythical kingdom and its treasures. On the side of light, a young Elven Knight and his armoured steed gathers his army of men and swords. From the dark realm, a Sorceress with her loyal griffon assembles her arsenal of sorcerers and ancient magical spells. This kingdom filled with riches and magic can only be ruled by one. In the battle to control the riches of its legendary throne room, will the forces of light or dark prevail?

That literally reads as though its part of the game blurb rather than someone actually responding.

I know stuff is scripted for press releases, statements and suchlike, but you would think they could reply with a little originality

Like a human was actually being interviewed for example, maybe??

90% of responses these days, regardless of the subject are scripts on the desk in front of them, usually written by HR or the persons boss.

Well yeah, a human copying and pasting a press release, it's not really an interview in the proper sense is it?

Think you mis-understood my post mate. I was being extremely sarcastic. IE: That text was the furthest thing possible from the dictionary definition of an interview :p
