Rogue Announcement Affpower Casinos - ripped off NetEnt Games

Guess what i added ask gamblers to my email thread.
And gametech responded.
Dear Sir,
Please see below email.
Curacao Gaming Commission

Dear Sirs,

I am writing you concerning one of our clients, Kieth Addy, who has lodged numerous complaints against us, both with you and with several online forums and prominent persons. His complaint actually involves two separate issues which are essentially unrelated. The first issue pertains to a game malfunction which he claims took place around midnight between 3 April and 4 April 2016. The second issue involves a bonus package which was offered to him of 10 free bonuses each consisting of 300 Euro. Mr. Addy insists that these bonuses were meant to compensate him for the loss of 3000 Euro he claims he suffered as a result of the malfunction, and that they could not have a total maximum win limit of less than 3000 Euro, when the actual maximum win value of the total package could not have been more than 1000 Euro.

Most troubling, Mr. Addy is taking advantage of the unfortunate situation we experienced with the Netent games that were provided to us.. He claims that since games were being provided to us in ways not authorized by Netent, this gave us the ability to intervene illegally in his game playing at the aforementioned time and willfully cancel his winnings.

As for the first claim: the casino chose to believe Mr. Addy that he experienced a game malfunction. The malfunction added 3000 Euro in winnings and then wiped them out. Our game records show only that Mr. Addy took a break in playing before midnight, and resumed playing after midnight. His balance before the midnight was the same is his balance afterwards. We have no records of any bets placed by him, or any wins during that time. Our records are the sole basis for paying out winnings (see our T&C Sec 18:4.) In any event, we have no responsibility for losses due to game malfunctions (see our T&C 27.2.IX.)

As for the second claim, the chat records clearly show that Mr. Addy was informed of and agreed to the win limit to which his special bonus program was subject (see attached chat records.) In any event, a free bonus is always subject to the Bonus T&C regardless of how it is presented by casino staff (see our T&C 27.2.IV)

As for Mr. Addys additional accusation of intentional wrongdoing on our part, is nothing less than opportunistic slander. Throughout the entire Netent situation we behaved in good faith and we are not responsible for the improper actions of others that are beyond our control. (See our T&C 26.3) We certainly did not gain any advantage by them.

We have gone over these points on numerous times with Mr. Addy, and with the forums or individuals that he has sought out for help. The truth is so self-evident that it is hard to understand why Mr. Addy is still perusing his claims and allegations.

Please consider this matter with your insight and understanding.

Sincerely,

Compliance Officer

Just for the record. No one from Curacao or any "compliance" officer has been in contact with us. And if they have been getting any publicity, I would feel safe to say it's been from here. Truly amazing and disappointing at the same time.

This "licensing" entity should have shut down the casino and ensured that all bets made on these games were refunded. I should not be the one person telling them that. It's a virtual no-brainer.

Your client used pirated software - you refund those bets.

Actually Keith Addy has made a mistake here.

The response was NOT from GameTech. It was from an individual with an "@curacao-egaming.com" email address. What I find very disconcerting about this response is that throughout the email the text uses the collective pronouns "we", "us" and "our" and that the email has the same name and signature at the bottom as the Compliance Officer at Game Tech. So the questions I've got to ask here are, if this was sent by the GameTech Compliance Officer why did it come from an @curacao-egaming.com email address when they've been using their own up to this point? Or, if this was sent by a Curacao eGaming official, why do they use the collective pronouns throughout their email? The third alternative is that Curacao eGaming are simply regurgitating the response that's been given to them by Game Tech - hardly a thorough approach to regulation.

I've offered a response and highlighted these concerns to the sender. We can only wait and see what comes back.

P.S. Colour me stunned - someone at Curacao eGaming actually responded!

More fuel please:D, looks like someone's ass is getting nicely warmed up by this growing fire. Why don't they simply make Keith an offer to end the pursuit, try $3000 for starters. Say it's a goodwill gesture with no admission of guilt over knowingly using dodgy games. It seems even NetEnt are prepared to let this go without a fuss, although they might regret it later as it sets the precedent that you can try to use pirate copies of their games, and if caught, the worst that will happen is that you will have to pay for legitimate copies from that point on. Dodgy operators might get away with it for longer if they choose better server URL that is less obviously fake as the most obvious way to detect pirated games is to right click with the game open and read the URL of the server.

As for "opportunistic slander", surely they mean "opportunistic libel" as all these accusations have been made in WRITING on various fora and via email:p

i would not accept 3k from them .As it would have been much more if the free spins session finished plus things spiraled into manipulation and financial loss for me.

I see u mentioned CasinoBordeaux!!
I was ripped by them. Was told I won a total of €16.89 on a bonus round that I didnt get to play. The amount is simply impossible but cant get an explanation, just a load of BS.
So i lose again. Hurray.
Ps. PAYSAFECARD are still holding £100.11 of mine and tell me that I wont get it unless I send them ID. Why should I???. I done NOTHING WRONG.
It's not right.x

U pay good , hard earned cash for a simple honest game, maybe as a treat and u end up being a brief. Have to write to Tom, dick n Harry , wait forever for a BS reply and in the end, get ripped. It aint cricket , it's not rite and im afraid that the saying 'A MUGS GAME' certainly means something.
They need a f-ing good kicking. Robbing bastards.x

oceanbet / wolfaffiliates

I'm not sure if it's mentioned in this topic but I received a skype invite from Wolf Affiliates. They have a website named Oceanbet and this site and aff program is run by Game Tech Group.

I asked the guy on Skype: Ow you are those guys with fake net ent games, but after the questions the conversation stopped.

I have video proof that they indeed were fully aware of tampered slots. I also have video proof of theyre sickening and badly programmed NetEnt games to back it up. These guys behind this casino are completely aware of everything thats going onl.
